Originally built in the late 1800s and recently renovated, this Victorian-style house is situated in the charming downtown area of Colorado Springs. Conveniently located for a night out on the town or a serene evening under the stars, the mornings offer an opportunity to explore numerous interesting businesses, excellent restaurants, and engaging activities within walking distance.

💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. ⚠️ Downtown Location: Since we are so close and walking distance to downtown, there are occasionally transients nearby. Our home is safe, fully-fenced, and we've never had any issues with trespassing. However, if you are from the suburbs and used to never seeing those in need, our home might not be the best fit for you. Like most downtown cities, there are sometimes homeless people in the area.
🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city. A-STRP-24-0726.
