The home has 4,400 sq ft of interior and furnished outdoor entertainment areas. An additional 1,118 sq ft of flexible space can be used for the event and the garage can be converted to event use as well.


THE LOCATION
Duneside Rendezvous is nestled at the end of Duneside Drive in Ocean Isle Beach NC, resting on the edge of a tidal marsh creek, with two Northwest facing decks providing stunning sunset views overlooking the marsh wetlands, and causeway views. Two East facing sunrise decks adjacent to bedrooms providing private seating overlooking the island to watch the sun rise. This property is in the heart of Ocean Isle in a close proximity of all the adventurous places Ocean Isle Beach has to offer and within walking distance to the beautiful sea shore.
Property Details
Starting with the top floor is the kitchen, all marble counter tops and a 10 foot island lined with 6 bar stools, all stainless steel Profile appliances, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a large farm sink, an induction six burner cook-top, double wall convection over with air fryer, a built in microwave, two blenders, 2 6 quart pressure cookers, ample cookware and bake ware, 36 place settings melamine dishes for pool, 36+ Mikasa place settings, 36 place settings Mikasa flatware. The dining room includes a marble serving wet bar, ice maker, wine fridge, Cuisinart coffee pot, Delonghi espresso maker, N espresso Pixie, a Kuerig Coffee Maker, and dining table seating for 8.
The living room is furnished with luxury seating for 10 including a, Azul Macabas linear fireplace, holding a 70' 4k Smart TV. For outdoor seating and dining the top floor is furnished with a 370 square foot deck with a Guild Master Teak sofa, chairs and tables, with a stunning marsh view overlooking the pool.
Each bedroom has their own private bathroom, however there is an additional half bath on each floor for added convenience. The laundry room is furnished with not just one set but two sets of large capacity GE Front load washer and dryers, with a built in iron board with iron and steamer. The top floor holds two king bedrooms. The 1st Master King room includes a luxury double size shower, slipper tub, with a Baker vanity Marble top with vessel sinks. The 2nd King bedroom includes a marble double bath vanity and large tile shower.
The first floor has an additional private living area furnished with 2 recliners, a 55' 4K smart TV, a couch, a pub/game table seating for four, and Queen Murphy Day bed, with access to this first floor 370 square foot deck with seating, pub chairs and tables for outdoor seating. The first floor hallway includes a beverage center with a marble wet bar, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and Nespresso Pixie. Additional half bath with marble vanity. The first floor has 3 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, and 1 double bunk bedroom. King bedroom 3 includes a double bath vanity, and a large tile shower. Bedroom 4 is a queen, quartz double vanity with large tile shower. Bedroom 5 holds two twin bunk beds, with a bath tub and marble vanity. Bedroom 6 is a King room with a marble top vanity and tile shower. Bedroom 7 is a King marble top vanity, soaker tub, direct access to the first floor deck overlooking pool and inter-coastal marshlands.
The Ground floor furnishes a Tommy Bahama Teak Ice Chest with a 11 x 20' private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), a propane gas grill, dining table for 8, sectional seating for 6, and teak pool loungers, and two private outdoor showers, all overlooking the inter-coastal marsh and tidal creek.
To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. Pool heating is available for $125 per night starting 3/15 - 11/30. There is a 3 night minimum to turn the heater on.
Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30.
Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
This home is pet friendly, please see pet policy below.
This home is also event friendly with pre-approval and an event fee. If you are interested in more information regarding hosting an event here please contact us for more information before booking to ensure your event adheres to our rules and regulations.

PET POLICY
Duneside Rendezvous is a Pet Friendly Property for an additional fee. Hypoallergenic 20 lb dogs or less can be considered. A $250 Pet fee will be applied for each dog. Homeowner Approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated, and can not be left outside. No pets are allowed on the furniture or beds or in the pool. You will charged an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please email us a copy of your pets most updated vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval an additional $100 fee will be applied to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.
Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

The house was really well furnished and very clearn. Loved the large kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Most of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor away from the 3rd floor common area so it was really easy for some to go to bed early. I would liked to have known about the alarm on the door to the pool ahead of time. Not a big deal once you know it goes off if the door remains open for 10+ seconds and once you know how to turn it off. Overall a wonderful property with a beautiful view.

Great house, great location, easy and responsive
Spent at week at Duneside and had a wonderful stay. Property manager was very responsive and responded to our requests very quickly. Had an issue with the elevator and it was fixed within the afternoon. House is very very well equipped, properly the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. Plenty of beach chairs and pool and beach toys. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart for driving to the beach and around the island. Will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous house
Well epuipped house with a short walk to beach access. Kitchen, pool and deck areas were the best part for our family. Comfortable beds and double washer and dryer for an awesome unexpected bonus!

Wonderful Week at OIB!
This location was perfect for our family group Of 14, and our 2 mini dachshunds. The house was very clean, and stocked with everything you need for vacation. Two refrigerators, ovens and dishwashers made cooking and clean up a breeze! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and not feel crowded. The pool was perfect , and it being partially shaded was a bonus!! The elevator allowed elderly family members to come and go without climbing stairs. Check In and Check Out was super easy. Amanda at Stellar Realty was top notch through the entire process. We would definitely recommend this location, and hope to visit again ourselves!!!
