An upper-floor one-bedroom apartment with a balcony in a beautifully renovated historic landmark, the Douglas-Trager House. There is free street parking half a block away from the house (do not park over the house block).
This Douglas-Trager House, designed by H.George Fink, and built by John Douglas for his wife Rosell in 1927, is a historic House and outstanding work of a prominent designer.
Fully equipped kitchen with cookware and appliances.
Linens, towels, and courtesy toiletries are provided for the start of your stay (replacements are not provided).
No daily cleaning, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi (no cable). Please use your own streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu).
Shared washer and dryer are available. Let us know in advance if you'd like access.
Free street parking is available half a block away from the property.
Please do not park on the same block as the house to avoid fines or towing.
Close to everything: Brickell, Coconut Grove, Dadeland, the airport, highways*walking distance to restaurants, markets, theaters, offices, shops*, easily accessible by public transportation including free ones, such as freebie and city trolley.
House remodeled for Airbnb rentals, divided into six studio apartments. You will stay in one of the studios. The house is divided into two buildings.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and additional charges apply.
