The Space:
This unit is located on the 2nd floor that can only be accessed by stairs.

An additional fee of $150 per pet is required, and they must be accompanied by you during the entire stay.

Grove27 is located at the heart of Miami's boho chic Coconut Grove neighborhood and is in close proximity to local parks, CocoWalk, and the Harbor, which provide visitors with options for bike rentals, and peaceful walks throughout the day to enjoy the breeze, catch some sun rays, and escape from the indoors. All restaurants in the area are accepting delivery and pick-up orders, so enjoy dining in from local favorites like GreenStreet Cafe for morning meals, Farinelli, Strada, Harry's Pizza and Lulu's for tasty dinners.

Although Miami is easily seen by car, to travel shorter distances around the Coconut Grove area, scooters and bicycles are available for rent at Suncycling Bike Shop just minutes away as you walk east toward the Marina.
