All was very nice! The bracelets didn’t really work well but I think that has to do with property management not the owner of condo. Had to scan bracelet several time to get in and out of a gate. Bracelets were also a bit of a pain to keep up with. I would have rather had a code to remember.

Summer vacation

The condo was exactly as listed. The property manager updated us with any expectations and changes that occurred during our stay via text, and provided opportunity to discuss any needs. The property was great for our family with teens and younger children.

Perfect place for family getaway. The pool area and beach access are well designed. Kids activities at night like movies etc... If you like to grill, they have several (5 or 6) Weber grills set up for use. I noticed every morning someone was cleaning them for use that day. Also, the pool area had a Bar/Grill that was very reasonable.

Perfect vacay

Such an easy check in. The beach is gorgeous. Sand is perfect, not full of shells like Ft Lauderdale. Pools and hot tubs were awesome. The view was perfect of the ocean and to watch kids below at pools. Beds slept nice. Had a problem with the shower spraying on the ceiling but they came and looked it over to fix. Fast service.

Very nice condo!

The condo had everything we needed and more! We were there in late October 2024. The only suggestion we have had nothing to do with this condo but with the resort itself. Only one pool was heated in October…they all need to be heated when the temps drop at night. We were told by a resort employee they don't heat the pools until November. One note….sun comes in very strongly on the deck in the mornings and early afternoons. This is a very friendly family resort and the condo has room for a family. We had 4 adults and one small child and we were very comfortable.

Beautiful property

Fantastic property. Right on the beach. Several pools and things to do for kids and adults. Very nice snack bar with food and drinks for all ages. I highly recommend this property. Already booked for next year - Same place same time!

We had the best week staying at Waterscape. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing. I didn't want to leave. It is a magical place for families young and old. We had four generations on this vacation and everyone had a wonderful time.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great Condo and resort for my husband and I and our 3 young kids! The Condo was clean and spacious, check-in process was easy and communication from the property manager was great! We would recommend and stay here again.
