Expansive indoor and outdoor spaces allow for your group to spread out amongst 3 separate homes. Summer activities on our property include :hiking, horse shoe pit, swimming in our spring fed/man made pond with beach, fishing in the fishing pond, or relaxing in a shady spot. During winter enjoy snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Year round you can enjoy the large hot tub, steam shower, 4 person sauna, Gym, and relaxing around the fire pit. Bring your clothes, your food, and toiletries- we've got the rest!

The Main house great room offers a Pool Table, Fireplace, Shuffle Board, Poker Table, board games, and kids games. Plenty to do with large groups. Multiple HD smart TV offers streaming and cable tv to enjoy movies nights and sporting events. Extensive Sonos music system throughout the main house to set the mood. 9 Bedrooms across 3 separate buildings along with a large swimming pond and separate fishing pond round off a beautiful setting. A 45 foot patio with awning for summer entertaining is off the great room of the main house. Two Gas Grills and large rustic fire pit make for enjoyable summer evenings. Large Hot Tub with mountain view. Just 4 minutes from Londonderry and several excellent restaurants. Located on a beautiful dirt country road and only 20 minutes from downtown Manchester, VT which offers great shopping and dining. Winter or Summer, you won't find a more beautiful setting in Southern Vermont!
Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and are fully equipped with pots, pans, kitchen tools and serving dishes. Plenty of space to prepare meals for large groups. There is a large dining room in the main house that accommodates 12, expandable to 20 + diners. There is an additional dining area in the cottage house. Most bathrooms include hair dryers and each home has an iron/ironing board. There is a weather camera facing the woods on the side of the main house. The rustic cabin near the swimming pond is not included in the rental due to insurance restrictions.
