Luxury condo in the heart of Town of WP. Access to pool, hot tub & pool table

This open-floor concept condo is centrally located within Winter Park. Close to the town park and festivals, the Lift bus station, and Cooper Creek shopping center while still being just minutes away from Winter Park Resort. This condo is in the perfect location for both summer and winter getaways.

The unit is on the second floor (there is elevator access). Upon entry, you'll find a large closet to store luggage and winter coats. There is a ski locker for ski storage located outside the front door. The primary bedroom features a king bed and Roku TV. There is a small windowless room that offers a full over full bunk bed and TV. The living room features a brand new (year 2022) sleeper sofa and Roku TV. The balcony opens up to a beautiful view of the river where you're likely to find moose in the early morning and dusk hours.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

The Clubhouse offers two outdoor grills. There is a lounge area, outdoor year-round swimming pool, and fitness center.

This is a new property for us, so please don't be discouraged by the lack of reviews.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

Winter Park Resort is just 4.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 2.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Very nice Condo

Condo was very clean, with comfortable furniture, peaceful view off deck, and appeared to be newly remodeled. Only gripes I want to mention for consideration: 10 digit code to unlock the front door was a hassle, if this can be shortened to 4 digits that would simplify getting in to the condo (I feared leaving my phone bc there is no way I would remember the code to get back in). The small windowless room is a challenge to manage the temperature (was hot while sleeping), adding a portable fan that can be set up would be a nice to have.

A perfect stay in Winter Park!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Our family of 4 (my wife and I plus two kids 8 and 7) had plenty of space. We loved the proximity to the slopes and all that the town has to offer. The heated pool and hot tub were just what we needed each day after hitting the slopes. We will be back!

I was pleasantly surprised with the condo. In my opinion, it was nicer than the photos. It was perfect for our family of 5. Our 3 boys (ages 3,6, and 8) slept in the room with the full size bunk bed and my husband and I slept in the king bed. They provide coffee, coffee filters, cream and sugar; also a variety of spices for cooking. It was great having the washer and dryer as some of our stuff got wet from the snow. We are probably not typical guests as we went for the snow but not for skiing. We are from south Texas and our kids wanted to see snow for the first time. There are a variety of activities nearby. We went snow tubing (awesome) and for a gondala ride at the winter park resort. We went on a horse drawn sleigh ride with Dashing Through the Snow. We also loved that there is a hill with sleds provided on the property and the hot tub was a fun experience. The condo was perfect for our trip and I highly recommend it!

Loved the place! Perfect location in Winter Park! Shopping and awesome restaurants all just around the corner! Right on the Lift route also! Highly recommend!

Great location for families.

Great location- within walking distance of great food and entertainment. The condo was slightly dirty (chips and crumbs on rug, empty soda bottle under the couch and dirty q-tip on the bedroom floor). The view from the balcony is amazing. Pool and hot tub were great for the kids during the day.

Property was great!! Super easy access to the center of Winter Park - Loved Deno's restaurant - great local bar within walking distance at the Ditch - also rented gear from Epic Sports - also a short walk. All great! Place was also comfy for three- We cooked a great (steaks on the new grill) meal, enjoyed March Madness all in front of the relaxing fireplace- overall 10 out of 10

Enjoyed our stay in winter park. Property location was great with easy access to town and shuttle to mountain. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing that could have been better was parking. Wish there was an assigned spot. We had to park a little farther away a couple evenings.

Great Location

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and location of the property. The beds were comfortable and the townhome was stocked with basic necessities. Our only recommendation would be additional towels to use after the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our week at this condo while in Winter Park! It was spacious, spotless, and very well-stocked! We would be delighted to stay here again! One thing to note is that the parking lot is adequately lit, which is very helpful! However, because the main bedroom window faces this parking lot, the bedroom is also relatively well-lit at night—something to consider if you prefer a dark sleeping environment.

This condo was a perfect place for my wife and I for a fall trip to Winter Park. (I suggest adding a fall color photo to VRBO site) The views from the balcony were beautiful. The condo was clean and very well maintained. It's only about a 3 block walk to the main street and many restaurants and pubs. We hope to stay here again!
