Coral Lagoon 3 bed/2.5 bath Pet Friendly Villa

**PLEASE NOTE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE** All Villa slips and the canal at Coral Lagoon are currently closed pending structural repairs and not available for use. The canal is fenced off and inaccessible. Please inquire before booking if you were planning to bring a boat, slips are available through the Boathouse Marina (onsite) but at an additional cost. Estimated completion for repairs is March 2026.

Spectacular PET FRIENDLY 3 bed/2.5 bath 1350 sf townhome in beautiful Coral Lagoon Resort, complete with a 40 foot wet slip on a deep water canal and all the amenities! Spread out and enjoy the spacious, clean interior with free high speed wifi. Step outside to your boat and enjoy all the Gulf and Atlantic have to offer - both easily accessible in minutes from your vacation home base. Relax with a drink at the pool after a long day of fun in the sun.

The 40 foot wetslip is located just across the canal and includes electric (30 amp) and water. The hardest part of your boating excursion will be deciding to go left to the Atlantic or right to the Gulf for the day. The Boat House marina, located onsite, is a full service marina.

Coral Lagoon is centrally located not only on the water but on land as well. Less than a mile to Sunset Park Beach, and 4 miles from Sombrero Beach, in addition to bars, restaurants and other attractions.

No boat? No Problem. There are several rental companies near the resort that will help get you out on the water. Bring your lobster gear, your snorkel gear, and your fishing gear. Most importantly bring your relaxation gear!

New mattresses and bedding, linens; new paint, all new stainless appliances, new Weber electric grill, dinnerware and glassware, utensils, ceiling fans in bedrooms....and much more. Bluetooth lightbulb speakers in every room for your musical enjoyment!

Best Vacation Rental in Marathon

We stayed during the Labor Day weekend and it was outstanding! The place was beautiful and clean. The property was similar to Hawks Cay but way less crowded. It had quick access to Vaca Cut and a marina right next door. The beds were some of the best I’ve slept on. We will definitely be coming back. 5 stars.

Excellent getaway

We stayed Wednesday through Sunday, in late June. It was an excellent visit. We rented a boat and had no issues renting docking or using the boat.

Perfect getaway!

This is our third year coming to the Keys for a holiday vacation. We do not own a boat, but found this place based on price, location and accomodations. It was perfect! We had 2 teen boys, my husband, my father and I. The canal was great for viewing sunrises, and we even had a manatee come visit for half a day in front of the unit. The decks, porches were where I spent most of my time at the unit, but we also cooked in a couple of nights. The beds were so comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. Absolutely would stay here again! The unit is also close to Sunset Park, which has the best sunsets. My only regret is that we were only there for 4 nights.

Coral Lagoon Perfection.

Coral Lagoon was outstanding! Larry is a host who gets what visitors want. The villa was absolutely perfect, well appointed, spotless and had everything we needed for a great family trip. For a boater, you could not ask for more. The slip was right across the canal in perfect view. The marina was excellent as well. We are already planning our next trip there.

Keys Boating Vaca

We had such a wonderful time! The place was super clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the boat slips being right there on site and sitting on the balcony in the evenings overlooking the water. We would definitely come back again!

Spring vacation

We had the best time on our vacation! My husband and I stayed with my sister and brother in law and my best friend and her husband. The community is quiet. We had a boat slip so our boat was easily available. The house was a great size, super clean and cute! It’s a nice tucked away little paradise in a great location! Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise in Marathon

Our stay at Larry’s property at Coral Lagoon was everything that we had hoped for! The views were breathtaking from the balconies and porch. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. Great place

Our family of four enjoyed three nights at this property. The place is exactly as pictured. I really appreciated the basket of essential items, such as laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. and even some snacks! Everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were super comfortable. A note about the beds: they are super, super high. They look and feel great but if you have little kids, you might want bring side rails or if you’re short like me and have mobility issues, it may be a little rough getting in and out. There is a pullout couch that is of normal height.

Paradise A Wait’s You!

Coral Lagoon is a 10+ This Beautiful immaculate kept home is truly welcoming. Owner’s thought of everything from keyless entry to label light switches and charger in every room. Nice touch with basket in kitchen with some starter essentials )dishwasher pods, creamers, laundry detergent etc.) even a few snacks. Bathrooms all have soap, shampoo, cream rinse and body wash. Beds very comfy (just a little high and I’m not short lol) very nice linens and bedding. Everything tastefully done. Enjoy the back deck in the morning with coffee or evenings relaxing with a cocktail while overlooking the lagoon. Pool area is great. Convenient parking spot right in front of unit. Complex is very quiet and grounds are well kept. Pack your bags and head down you will not be disappointed. Lastly, the owner Larry is very conscientious, always got back to me within minutes if I had a question.

Great Family/Friends Reunion

We were very impressed with this property and the great care the owner takes of it. We had every amenity imaginable to us...including bluetooth speakers in our lamps (light bulbs). The property slept 8 "older" but still very active adults from 3 different countries. We had one of three porches, the swimming pool, the great room and the kitchen to gather and share our stories. Thank you Larry for providing such an amazing place for us to reconnect.❤ 🌞🌴

FL Keys Getaway

We had a great time, at this amazing quiet & tranquil property! Larry provided accurate information, and prompt communication to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our only suggestion is to update the listing and state: No fishing is allowed in the Coral Lagoon Resort (canal or marina). After speaking to some neighbors (other renters), they also were surprised on the No fishing rule. There is no mention of this on the VRBO listing or Coral Lagoon website. Again, just a suggestion to be transparent. Thanks again for sharing your home!

Beautiful location, close to everything. House is beautiful and well decorated. Great pool. If you want to rent a boat, highly recommend Captain Hooks don't rent from Coco's. Larry communicates with you quickly when you contact him and that is awesome! Thank you again!

We stayed at Coral Lagoon recently with a group of friends. We loved it so much for so many reasons that we decided to buy here and offer it up as hosts. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Besides the obvious benefit of having your boat within view of your back porch in a protected, deep-water canal, Marathon is uniquely situated to offer Atlantic of Gulf access quickly. On land, you're close enough to Key West for a walk on the wild side with the ability to return to sanctuary in our quiet, ocean-oriented community. The pool is an often uncrowded respite at the end of a long day on the water as well.

Just a few miles to the south on Overseas Highway are Winn Dixie, Publix, Kmart and loads of eateries and bars. No matter what it is you're after, we think you'll agree Coral Lagoon provides access to it all!
