Beautiful condo and awesome location for the price! The only criticism would be is that the bedrooms are not all true bedrooms. One appears to be an office made into a bedroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are really one bedroom converted into two with a false wall that doesn’t completely separate the two. Those bedrooms have no accessible closets or dressers. So not much room to store your clothes/belonging in three of the four bedrooms. But if you can deal with that, this place is great!!

It was perfect for my family- had everything we needed. Nice area to avoid crowds, but fast to drive to stores/restaurants as needed.

This was the perfect property for our group. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, from Marathon to Key West, and the house had more than enough kitchen stuff to cook up the fish we caught, make breakfast, and enjoy some cocktails. The balconies with fans were delightful, and the air conditioning was strong! We loved that there were extra towels for the beach or other excursions, and the washer/dryer were used much more than we thought they would be! Overall, highly recommended for adults or families.

Fully updated excellent home, exceptionally clean and a great location, walking distance from the resort facilities, beautiful scenic view of the canal. The home contains most of what you will need whether you’re cooking or ordering takeout or whatever furniture is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and all communications were very easy and forthcoming.

Beautiful 4 Bedroom

The townhouse has a nice layout, wonderful and relaxing views, was clean, and provided the basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry datergent, linens, and 6 beach towels). We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Keys Getaway with all the comforts of home.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The house was clean and fully equipped with kid stuff(step stool, plates/spoons, booster chair, baby gate) which I appreciated. The rooms were good and beds were comfortable. The back porch was our favorite spot. The only downside was the check-in time. We were driving from NC and got to the property an hour early and was told there was no early check-in. We have already been in the car for 12 hours so it was frustrating sitting in front of our house for an extra hour when the house was ready.

Wonderful winter break!

Escaped the snow and single digit temps for shorts and sunshine in February. The water was every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Toms of fish to see around the dock which the kids loved. Short drive to great restaurants and dog friendly beach. Plenty of room to spread out in the like new property. Very safe area to walk around and let the kids play. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway!

Hawk’s Cay villa

Great place and location. I think there is a problem with the hot water heater- was luke warm at best. They could also stock extra toilet paper. Otherwise, it worked great for our family.

Our local manager assured us that the tankless heater has been checked and is operating as it should. It may have to run for a little while before it reaches your ideal temperature, and we're sorry for any inconvenience. To clarify, we supply a starter set of paper products to get our guests' visit off to a good start, but it may not last their entire stay. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.

Great Unit in Hawks Cay

This unit was perfect for our group. We traveled with our 2 teenage kids, my mom and our small dog. Love that this property accommodated our 4-legged family member! The unit was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. It was super convenient having our boat right out back behind the unit. We would definitely stay here again!
