ISLAND VIBES 2.0 has been recently updated with a modern beachy feel. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom stilt home has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, shiplap, vinyl flooring, tiled bathrooms and a breakfast bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free private Wi-Fi, cable tv, towels, linens and plenty of room to relax. Each bedroom will have a Queen-size bed there is also a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Winter Texans and long-term renters are always welcome. Please be aware there are external audio cameras on this property. This is a pet friendly rental. Please request the pool heater when making reservations Pool Heating Fee is $50+tax/day. STR# 382635
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is covered parking for two. Bring your boat, trailer, golf cart and other vehicles. Don’t forget your fishing poles, surf boards, pool floaties and all of your gear. There is a secured storage/laundry room to keep your personal items. Relax on your covered balcony with the sounds and all of the gulf breeze feels. Furry friends are welcome to enjoy the private fenced yard. Wash off the sand in the outdoor shower and take a dip in your private in-ground swimming pool. Other family friendly amenities include a volleyball net, putting green, basketball hoop, yard for playing games and soaking up the sun.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
