Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

Driving into the area, you'll pass the ship channel, catch a sunset view if the timing is right, and pass the dog park and city pool. Also nearby is the nature preserve, birding center, marina, and all of the great places to shop, eat, hear live music, and experience Port A, but the best part about the location is it's only a golf cart ride away to the beach if you rent a golf cart! Want to drive your car to the beach - It's about 5 minutes by car!

Pulling into the driveway, you'll notice great parking space for 5-6 vehicles depending on size, and boat parking is allowed here. Great outdoor space, covered and uncovered, perfect for those who like the shade and sun! Enjoy outdoor dining at the tables, or kick back around the fire pit and make memories.

The kiddos (and many adults) will love the fun room downstairs to watch TV or play some games. All of this will capture you even before you see the amazing pool, backyard with towering palms, and the stunning interior of this unique and stylish beach home!

For those who love the stilt-built homes Port Aransas has to offer, you'll love the steps! For those who don't, there is a ramp to easily walk up. Please note: While not ADA compliant the ramp does provide no-step access.

Beacharita has a top deck to enjoy sunset views and sunrise views, and capture a moon (when it's full) over the pool and backyard. Few homes in Port Aransas offer this kind of incredible outdoor space.

Inside, you are welcomed into a large, open floor plan with many windows! Ample seating in the living space (sofa sleeper in this area), a huge dining table and chairs, and additional bar seating at the kitchen island. Everything is open, light, bright, and beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked with everything for those who enjoy prepping, cooking, serving, and dining for 10 guests.

The hallway leads to a washer and dryer, available for guest use, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. King Suite with doors out to the deck, large closet, and bathroom with separate tub/shower. This bath is also open to the hallway as well as the King Suite Bedroom. There is another King Bedroom and a Queen and Bunk Room with triple bunk. Don't forget about the sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Sleeps 10 very comfortably!

There are few words that would describe the Beacharita pool and backyard area but the photos say it all - beautiful, spacious, fun - enjoy making many memories in this outdoor space!

- This home prioritizes wheelchair accessibility with wide doorways, no-step access throughout, bathroom/shower supports in the primary bedroom, and counter sink accommodations in the kitchen island and primary ensuite.
- Complimentary pool heating is available for January reservations with a nightly rate of $100 or more and must be requested 24–48 hours prior to check-in.
- Please note that the pool temperature is not guaranteed due to weather and other factors, and may vary depending on the outside air temperature.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
