Vacation in a clean comfortable newly refurbished Beach Front Condo on the Gulf of Mexico - you are a few steps away from the beach.
Renew your energy and spirits - smell the salt in the air, let wind and water set you free.
A heated pool and sunny terrace are there for you to enjoy right next to the sand dunes. You have your own front seat to the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf.
The condo, on the 4th floor, provides views of the water( Bay and Gulf) from bedrooms, dinette and lanai. What a wonderful way of starting your day in such beautiful surroundings. The Gulf view is perfectFor cocktails.
You can cook in the well equipped kitchen or catch up on your favorite TV shows on two smart sets incl. Wi-Fi. The condo has lots of closet space and pantry. There is a laundry room on each floor. Assigned parking is underneath the building away from the bright sun.
Conveniently located across from Venice Yacht Club, near Crowe’s Nest and the Jetty. Also near Venice Avenue, Restaurants, Stores, Legacy (bike) Trail, Tennis, Library, Lake Venice Golf Course, Fishing Pier, Sharky’s, and
Caspersen’s Beach.

Venice Beach Vacation

This is our 2nd time to stay in this condo. It is totally updated and very well stocked with the supplies needed for a lovely beach vacation. The location on the beach is perfect. Inge is a wonderful host and very accessible and responsive to guests.

Outstanding

From the check-in to checkout the host was available to answer questions and provide suggestions that fit our interests. We have stayed in many condos and this was by far the finest of them all. We like to explore so we will be staying in another part of Florida next year or we would hve immediately rebooked this condo.

Perfect Venice Condo

We loved our stay in this Venice Beach condo. The condo was very clean, nicely updated, and well stocked with all of the necessary household supplies. The location is perfect with great views from the lanai. The owner is a gracious host who provided a lovely condo for our vacation stay. We will definitely return!

Great stay in Venice Beach!

This property was exactly as described - very clean and ready for guests right away. Our property manager/owner was more than accommodating and welcoming; check-in process extremely easy; location was great - on gulf, with views of sunset and the marina, near inlet, restaraunts, the pavilion and downtown. I would highly recommend.

Delightful from sunrise to sunset

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate and comfortable apartment nestled in between the inlet and the Gulf of Mexico. The lanai offers gorgeous views of the sunrise and the sunset while osprey and pelicans fly by at eye level. Great neighborhood and convenient location. Inge was a pleasure to work with, very thoughtful, welcoming, and easy to reach. We will definitely return!

Hostess has created an impeccable duplex by the gulf. Easy to contact and converse. Apartment is well appointed. Highly recommend.

The unit was very nice, on the beach also had beach chairs and beach towels. The owner is great to work with and called several times to make sure everything was ok with the unit. I would stay there again. Unit stocked very well with bath towels and cooking utensils and unit is very clean.
