Welcome to Legacy Beach Villa ! Located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and 16 minute walk to historic Venice Ave! All on a quiet hidden away street on Venice Island.
Legacy Beach Villa has everything!

ESCAPE, RELAX and ENJOY the private fenced in backyard oasis with your own private pool.
This beach themed villa includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6.

-Bedroom #1- Relaxing beach vibe theme with Queen bed

-Bedroom #2- 'Shark vibe' theme with Two Twin beds

Family Room- Includes TV and beach theme entertainment space separate from living room area and includes sofa bed with Queen mattress to comfortably sleep 2 additional guests.

BE FREE OF KEYS!! The home is equipped with a keypad lock. That means no bulky keys to carry around and keep up with. You will receive your code for the stay in advance of your stay and you can drive right to Legacy Beach Villa to start your getaway. There is no check in process!

This beach house themed home has all the luxuries you need with great design touches to help you experience the true Florida beach life. You will notice the difference as soon as you walk into Legacy Beach Villa. Beautifully decorated. Tile floors throughout all of the living areas and baths.

Keyless entry (no stopping to pick up keys!)

Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach access area and a 16 minute walk or less than an 8 minute bike ride to historic downtown Venice with all of its wonderful shopping and exquisite restaurants and bars.
At Legacy Beach Villa, you will feel like you are in the middle of it all, yet when you return to the villa after a long day of fun and sun, you can enjoy your own relaxing pool home with a private fenced in backyard on a quiet out of the way street.
For the golfers in your group there are a number of beautiful courses within a 10-15 minute drive from our home.
If you feel like venturing further out, the number #1 beach in the US, Siesta Key Beach, is a short 25 minute ride. Also nearby is the wonderful downtown Sarasota with wonderful shopping dining and arts.
Finally, Florida's world-class theme parks are also a short drive away (about 1.5 hour). Beaches, theme parks, water parks, golf courses, restaurants, shopping and MORE!

Lovely beach bungalow vacation

Very cute and comfy beach bungalow, close to Old Venice, beaches and Sarasota. Lots of room, beautiful, pool. Not fancy, but nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Light switches didn’t work. No hand soap. Didn’t know a pool person would be coming to clean. More trash bags. For people who fly to the destination some of those items would be appreciated.

Thanks for staying with us Brad. Thanks for the feedback. Sorry you had issues with the light switch. I didn’t notice any issues after you checked out. If you had informed me at the time I would have had maintenance take care of it. Apologies you were not expecting a pool cleaner but normal maintenance is part of the home upkeep. From our check in documents: While we’ve tried our best to provide many of the essentials of home life, Sun Palm Disney Villa is a self-service villa. With that in mind, you’ll need to plan to shop for some items beyond normal groceries. When making your grocery list, be sure to gauge the length of stay and determine whether you will need to purchase the following items along with your normal groceries: Dish soap and washing machine detergent Paper towels Toilet Paper Cooking oils Laundry detergent Shampoo and soap Plastic trash bags

Wonderful location

I love it. My only regret was the pool wasn’t heated and too cold to swim in it. And I’d like to see a couple of comfort adjustable lounge chairs by the pool.

Venice Oasis

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, well maintained, and nicely landscaped property. The house is on a low traffic street in a nice neighborhood with the beach about 3 blocks away. The downtown and supermarket are also within walking distance. The backyard and pool area are very private, with chairs, loungers and some pool toys. The house has plenty of towels, some extra pillows, and blankets, plus a couple of extra lamps. There were a good number of towel bars and hooks, which I always like. Plus, lots of dresser and closet space. The kitchen had a decent number of plates, bowls and utensils. The house could use some smaller wineglasses and the knife block some editing and refreshing. You will enjoy this quiet, beach, and spacious property.

Legacy Beach Villa

The check-in process was easy and the house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the beach and to quaint downtown Venice.The house could use a deep clean and there are basically NO supplies. We needed to do some surface cleaning but had to go out our first day to buy basic house cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. At this price point, we would have expected at the least limited cleaning supplies; a full roll of paper towels & toilet paper. The linens seemed to be clean but mismatched and older. We had an issue with algae in the pool but the owner sent a pool person the next day to clean but by the end of the stay there was algae forming again. All in all we would recommend this villa but be sure to bring the bare necessities.

Convenient location

Excellent location in quiet neighborhood. A short walk to downtown area and beaches. Even though neither of the two bedrooms are ensuite, it was nice having two separate full bathrooms. There are two separate family rooms, and a big dining room with seating for 8. The two family rooms and main bedroom had large sliding glass doors that could be opened to the fully screened pool area with sundeck. There is a table and chairs on the sundeck for outdoor dining. The unheated pool was best enjoyed on hot days. Backyard was fully fenced so the pool was very private. Check in and check out were easy.

Great Place to relax and enjoy the Beach

The Villa is well maintained, nice pool in the back yard, very Quite neighborhood, the right place to relax .Only 12 minutes walk to the Golden beach and 10 minutes to Venice Avenue. I travel the world a lat and this is one of my favorite place to relax and enjoy the stay, Regarding the owner of the property spoke whit him few times for some question , Very Nice Man : you can get in touch with him anytime and I like to say thank you to him for keeping the place in good standing. Good job Henry and please let me know if you like to sale . God Bless the Italian guy

A Great Rental

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! I had a problem with the garbage disposal and the owner was quick to respond and correct the problem. Everything about the house was great including the pool. I would have liked it to be heated, but a solar pool cover would have helped to raise the pool temperature . It was a great stay, however… thank you, Henry!!!

Perfect property for a family!

The house was just as pictured, the furnishings were beachy and cozy! The pool was fantastic, especially for the kids! It is close to many beautiful beaches and downtown with many great restaurants and shopping! If we are in the area again, we will absolutely stay here!
