Whether you're planning on boating on Pinecrest Lake in the summer or skiing at Dodge Ridge Ski Resort in the winter, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is the perfect home base. Closely located to Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge, tons of hiking trails, Black Oak Casino, and much more. After a day of outdoor adventures, head back and relax on the deck or cozy up inside next to the fireplace or BBQ some juicy steaks on the grill.

With over 1,100 square feet of comfortable living space and easy access to year-round activities, this peaceful cabin is the ideal choice for your family's next outdoor retreat.

INDOOR LIVING: 2 flat-screen TVs, gas fireplace, leather furnishings, desk, ceiling fan in living room.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Picnic table, gas grill & chairs.

KITCHEN: Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, gas range/oven, K-cup coffee maker, full knife set, and toaster oven. Most cooking utensils provided.

GENERAL: Linens/towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap.

There is WiFi, but service dependent on weather and but we do have Dish TV. There is limited Verizon cellular service but good AT&T cellular service. There are two TVs with attached DVD players and limited amount of DVD movies.

PARKING: During the summer time, the driveway can hold 3-4 vehicles. During the snow, only one or two vehicle can be parked in the driveway. Please contact host to find out the daily update on parking. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ houses.

All holidays are at least a 3 night minimum and starts at $269 per night. Holidays include New Years, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please contact us prior to reservation to confirm availability/reservations.

Great Stay Near Pinecrest

We loved the location and privacy of the cabin. Had a big deck that we spent most of our time on. 10 minute drive to Pinecrest lake. My only negative would be the cleaning service did not do a great job. There was a half eaten candy bar on top of one of the dressers and wet linens in the washer and dryer. Other than that, there were no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our getaway to the mountains. The cabin was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The furnishings and decorations were perfect for a mountain home in Cold Springs. Communication with the hosts was excellent. When we walked in the gas fireplace was on and a cute tree in the bunk room was lit up. Both made us feel welcome. Cold Springs is very close to Pinecrest Lake, which is always our main destination. Having rented many cabins in the Pinecrest area over the last 30+ years, this is a winner!

Nice substitute to camping

Enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Lodge, a quick drive from Pinecrest. The house was very clean and adequately stocked with the basics. Despite being in a close neighborhood it was surprisingly quiet. We didn't spend too much time there since our friends were hosting a camping wedding weekend, but it was nice to sleep in a comfy bed at the end of an active day on the lake and trail. Easy proximity to the lake. Be warned there is no Wi-Fi at house and only unreliable cell coverage in the area.

Wedding in Pinecrest

The property was in a great spot quick drive up the road to Pinecrest. Cabin was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This area loses power frequently and I hadn't thought of that when we booked but was so thankful they had a generator. Some of our other family (wedding party) were in other cabins in this same area that did not have a generator (quite stressful for them, this cabin came to the rescue). Beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean and cozy. The only items to note is that the older folks in our group had a hard time with the stairs up to the property, the exterior lighting from the street is not great which makes it slightly trickier to find at night and the driveway is relatively steep. Overall it was a great place at stay, our group would give it a 5 star rating and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and Cozy!

Came up with family for some relaxation and snow play. Upon arrival there was tons of snow everywhere but nothing too crazy. We were able to access the cabin with no issues. The decor was super cute and cabin was very clean. The gas fireplace kept us warm the whole time. This property had everything we needed for our stay. Even though WiFi wasn’t available there was movies, tv, board games etc. I actually liked the fact that we were able to disconnect from the internet and spend some quality family time. We were able to communicate with Luis and his wife through our stay and they were very attentive and responsive. This is a must stay. The location is amazing and the kids (including myself) had lots of fun paying in the snow outside the property. Stores, Leland snow park, restaurants, pinecrest are all at short distance from the cabin. We usually come to the area for the winter and summer a few times a year and I must say this is on our top 5 stays. I rate this cabin a 10/10. Thank you Luis and Vanessa for sharing your property with us!

Fall trip with family

We had a blast a the cabin. The location was perfect to the lake and surrounded by gorgeous wildlife. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed to make some great memories over dinner. I absolutely would love to come back.

Nice clean cabin, and we had a comfortable stay. We got there after dark and so it took us awhile to find the house. Wish there was a house number marked on the street. Great location, close to Dodge Ridge Ski resort and a few restaurants & grocery stores.

Great Place

Cabin was clean and well maintained. Perfect size for our family of four. Location is excellent, excellent communication with host. WiFi was fast and AT&T cell service works good there. Highly recommended!

AMAZING AND CLEAN!

This cabin exceeded our expectations and when does that ever happen on VRBO? Never! The decorations were perfect for the cabin feel and it is bigger than it looks online! Location so close to everything and we cannot wait to go back in the summer to enjoy the lake! Owners were great at communicating and very kind.
