Welcome to our special farm house! The home sits on 1.5 acres that is perfectly located on the Orange Park and Fleming Island line. Our location is ideal to everyone! We have plenty of space that makes our farmhouse so AMAZING! You will experience the feel of country living with all the perks of great restaurants, shopping and convenience of being near everything Jacksonville has to offer. Our home is super clean with many amenities to make you feel at home. We love it here and so will you!

Work stay

It’s a lovely house

This a lovely home, it has a little bit of everything. Everything was clean and well decorated. It provided us with a serenity that we need from our hectic schedules. Will stay there again.

First Time seeing the Grandchild in over a year!

We absolutely loved the place! It is just the cutest little farm house complete with goats, chickens a pig and a micro and mini bulls. I had as much fun as my eight year old did playing with the animals. Theresa was very helpful and generous. I would definitely book this place again.

Shabby, country chic

Cute lil farm house. Loved feeding all the animals. The cats were fun to watch play in the morning while drinking coffee on the patio and listening to the roosters crow. My kids would have loved it here when they were little.

Great sleep nice house!

Loved the bed! So comfortable! House was clean, well stocked perfect for our needs. I think the pictures don’t do the house justice. So nice and quaint. My grandson loved being able to feed the goats and 🐷 pig. Owners were very nice and helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and the bed was as good and comfortable as mine is at home.

Farmhouse

We stayed 3 nights in December 2021. The farmhouse was adorable, decorated for the holidays - the hosts were very welcoming, the house was clean and had everything we needed. We all loved feeding the animals. My grandchildren live in Jacksonville we traveled down from Ohio, the family wants us to stay here each trip down. Close to restaurants and shopping as well. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

A piece of heaven

We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful farmhouse and found a lot of much needed peace there. I enjoyed sitting on the swing and admiring all of the unique outdoor decor. It was truly enchanting. I had never had farm fresh eggs before and I thought it was a beautiful touch, to share their farm fresh eggs with their guests. I highly recommend staying here. The animals are so sweet. Amazing!

Cute Farmhouse!

We had a nice stay! We stopped here to break up our drive to Port Canaveral. All six adults were able to stay comfortably. The home is nicely decorated. The host was easy to message. The home was clean. Comfortable beds. There were plenty of towels for all of us to use. We didn’t use many dishes but there were plenty to use. Private drive for parking was nice. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area again!

Military Retirement

This is a lovely home with all amenities that you might need. Theresa has thought of everything. This is only our 2nd using VRBO but I would definitely book through them again. The reason for a 3 star rating on location/neighborhood is due to the trains that you hear and there are a few very run down trailers diagonally across the street. This in no way had any effect on our stay. We enjoyed the animals as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Nestled Away from the Traffic

Two couples joined forces to attend a Navy retirement party at Eagle Harbor Golf Club In Fleming Island which is very close to the property. Although civilization is close at hand, it didn’t feel like that at the house. Cute critters and a cat family all welcomed us. In addition the nice amenities left for our use precluded the need to go to the close by Neighborhood Walmart. Cleanliness was tops! The kitchen is well stocked should cooking at home be in your plans. The living room had comfortable seating and space for the 4 of us. The master king sized bed was great. Thersa was responsive and accommodating. Lots of cute, decorating touches, and effort to make it a “home“. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We just loved your little farmhouse with the farm next door we were so busy with our wedding we didn't get a chance to check it out but the house was perfect it had everything you could possibly need snacks fresh towels coffee great place to stay just to get away thank you we'll be visiting again maybe checking out your other properties also thanks again so much

Cats, Goats and a piggy :-)

Honestly, the best VRBO me and my family have ever stayed at. The animals were a bonus and we loved every minute of our stay and hope to come back soon. The host Theresa is 5 stars and the beauty of the property. It is quiet and comfortable with enough room and then some for my family of 4. Definite lucky find.

Quiet, peaceful little piece of hidden Heaven & animal cuties galore.

First let me say I use VRBO for all of my travel. I travel to JAX often for little mini family vacays and have stayed at several different homes, apartments and condos. When I say that this was my kids and I best and coolest place that we have ever stayed I mean seriously…The house beautiful farm country house, the beds so comfortable, the host Theresa 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 🌟. Best of all there are animals, just cuteness overload. My daughter, husband and I loved feeding and spending time with the cats 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 in the morning and evening. We brushed the goats and my daughter sat with them just hanging out, loving life. The pot belly big ,what a charmer. If you pet him and scratch him he makes the cutest noises, the kids were amazed. If you love quiet, peaceful, and cuteness this is the place for you.

The CUTEST little farm house!

Our family had a BLAST staying at the farm house! We are big animal people, so the goats and chickens had us excited. Then we arrived to warm greetings from several kittens and even a cute pig! Theresa and Chris left crackers to feed the animals and cat food to feed the cats if we wished (of course we did!). They stocked the house with toiletries, basic household products and even some snacks! We felt very welcomed from the start and enjoyed our stay so much. We got the chance to chat with Theresa for a little bit and learned that they have several other rental properties. We hope to revisit this property (or maybe another!) the next time we are in the area. THANK YOU CHRIS AND THERESA!!!
