Excellent week

This is a nice hotel with a good location. Walk right out to the pool and beach. Enjoyed using the gym area, plenty of machines.Restaurants and grocery store are walking distance.

Spring Break

My wife and I stayed for 6 days in early March. The suite was basic but good-sized and worked for us. The location is fantastic as is having a pool and the Atlantic Ocean right outside the door. We had never been to Miami Beach and really enjoyed exploring the area. The staff was super accommodating and friendly.

Kind and helpful staff. Huge, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Quiet, working air conditioning. Very clean and no odors. Microwave, stove, plates, bowls, silverware in the kitchenette. Quiet and relaxing. Pool area well-maintained and lots of fun. Right by the beach with free lounge chairs for the beach and only 15 rental for umbrella. Loved every minute of our stay!

Great Low-Key Getaway Spot

This was a great spot for a couples get-away vacation. This property is not to be confused with the Fontainebleau Hotel, nor do they claim to be, nor do they charge those rates. You get a nice, clean place - close to many budget friendly food spots and 2 blocks from Publix Grocery. The free trolley gets you anywhere you need. Free beach chairs was a huge bonus for sure.

Very nice place

Suite had a small kitchen with everything you need. Not a highrise! 4 floors. Nice pool and steps to beach with free chairs! Suite was spacious which was nice surprise. Checked in early and all employees were very nice. Late flight so they kept our luggage and we had access to all amenities! Will definitely return!

Great location, great space

We were very happy with our short stay. The beach access was great. Pool and gym were nice too. The rooms were clean and the space was great. We were able to utilize the kitchenette quite a bit.

Easy beach access

Found this property last minute. Loved the beach and local dining was all fantastic. I am not convinced the bed is queen size seemed more like a full. Living area sofa not very comfortable but not really there for hanging in the room.

If being on the beach is all you care about…

If you are used to staying in low budget motels and don’t care about cleanliness, this is the place for you. The picture of the pool is accurate and the location right on the beach was great. The room itself left much to be desired. Whoever took these pictures deserves a raise made it look way nicer than it actually is.

The room and area of hotel was very sketchy and not as described in photos. Dirty and outdated. People were having sex on beach at 9 PM.

Great stay

Perfect location to Miami beach front. The place was very clean, housekeeping provided plenty of fresh clean towels.Very nice beach chair and umbrella provided without any effort to set up or taken down. Just showed up, enjoyed and leave.Room is a bit small.Walls and floor are thin so loud neighbors who stay up late would be a problem if you want to go to bed at decent time

Disappointing

The hotel need some updates and the person that checked us in was not friendly. The hotel does not have any parking you had to walk down the street and park in a parking lot where you had to pay for that as well.

Did the job but not the vibe I was looking for

I’m not really sure why I picked this option. The reviews were good, but I was looking for something with a balcony and a view. The mares and lighting make the room look way nicer than it is. To be honest, it was giving motel vibes, but it was in a good area, right off the beach, although we couldn’t see it and in the middle of a bunch of food options. If I needed a budget stay, I would absolutely stay again. It’s just not the typical room vibe I go for.

The property photos were misleading—both the hotel and beach looked nothing like the pictures. This was more of a rundown motel than a hotel, with a terrible room odor like years of lingering cigarette smoke. Everything was old, the blankets were worn out, and one even smelled like urine. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed or using the furniture. The walls were paper-thin, and I constantly heard yelling, screaming, and banging from upstairs. The beach nearby was murky, not the clear water you’d expect in Miami, and it’s far from South Beach despite the listing. If my stay weren’t so short, I would have left. The only redeeming qualities were the attentive staff and some great local restaurants nearby.

There was no hotel parking except for the beach pay for parking. Unfortinately that put a damper on things for us. Having onsite parking would have been nice and made the trip better, especially in Miami!

Unhappy.

The room was very old, it was not clean and it had a horrible smell. When we got there, the refrigerator had leaked all over the floor. The staff was rude and There wasn’t even a restroom near the pool. Overall, I was very disappointed. The only positive was the location. It was right on the beach and close enough to walk to multiple restaurants.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. This location was perfect for us! 1.It is a 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach. 2. There is a paved walking/biking path which leads all he way to South Beach. We rode bikes there one day. 3. There were incredible restaurants right outside the hotel, also a publix and really anything you might need. 4. There was parking lots and spaces right outside the hotel. We did rent a car for a day to go to Key Largo. The hotel itself was very clean but a little outdated. The lobby and pool are very well maintained and beautiful the room we stayed in though could have used some carpet updating. Other than that we were barely in there and it really had everything we needed. If you want to stay in North Beach I would highly recommend this place. (I would not go farther north.. it seemed to get a little sketchy). We definitely want to go back with our 8-year old daughter. You cannot beat the price and location. The staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you for a great vacation!

Excellent location

Access to the Beach was great and chairs were included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel could use a face-lift. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Parking was a bit of a challenge

Repeat Stay

I feel so comfortable here. No hassles and very friendly staff and housekeeping.. This is my go to place. My daughters each live a few blocks away and one will be having a baby at the end of December. Definitely will be staying here again.
