Secluded 5K Sq Ft Retreat: Sauna, Hot Tub & Games

This luxury home with scenic mountain views was designed for a relaxing getaway for a ski trip or summer adventure. Located about 10 minutes from Killington Resort, just 3 miles from the Killington access road. Pico mountain is also nearby less than 5 miles drive. ( a local favorite on powder days). House sits on 5 private acres for you to explore.

The open floor plan includes a cathedral ceiling, family entertainment and dining area, a state of the art chef's kitchen with walk in pantry and a first floor guest suite with attached bath. A sweeping staircase leads to the bamboo-floored second level, with a landing/sitting area off of the four upstairs rooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. The large master suite has a generously sized bathroom, which includes a dry sauna.

The house is a great place to relax or work remotely. There are 2 desks and 2 nice size tables.

Trail operations at Killington Resort depend on natural snowfall and the resort's snowmaking capabilities. For the most up-to-date information on ski trail availability, please refer to the resort's official website. Please note that during the early and late winter seasons, the resort may be closed entirely. Refunds will not be provided for any resort closures.

Very spacious place - great for large groups & families. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful! Fun additions with the hot tub, treehouse, disc golf, games, foosball and shuffleboard table. Cons: Not equipped with some of the basics, such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen items (aluminum foil, coffee filters that fit provided coffee pot), & basic bath items.

One of the best

Arrived early because we made great time driving from several states away. Code wasn't active yet, so we called and they sent me an alternate code. Place was spacious and well furnished. Provided good information and recommendations for the area (grocery food, restaurants, etc). Owners were super friendly and accommodating. Communication was good.

Great Property

We had a great stay. The property was beautiful. Great location to ski resorts. We enjoyed the coziness of the home. There was 10 of us. The hottub was great after a day of skiing. Owners were very responsive with any questions. We will def book again!

Location, size great! All else was very disappointing

In need of attention - immediately. One week and a whole lot of money later.. we feel taken advantage of. In short, splintering decks (and downright rot), peeling paint, wonky wiring of the hot tub, non-functioning dishwasher, and old and sagging mattresses. Skanky trash cans, and limited basic supplies … leave us questioning why we ignored the previous review which was far from glowing. Although communicative and willing to offer rebates instead of what was promised - it left us wondering what the shell game is here, and whether or not the owner has any relationship to the house at all. In short, open your wallet, and pay a local maintenance crew if you expect to secure premium dollars for a sub-par property. I think our elevated fees for the past seven days should cover it. Signed, Fully duped.

Good getaway

Overall not a bad time. Had plenty of rooms. Landscaping was not done prior to arrival, house floors were dirty, garbage was left in cans in the garage and laundry (towels) were in the dryer not put out for use. But we had a good time, Local restaurants were awesome and it was a good getaway.

Great location. Views are breathtaking

The house was just as pictured just Much more bigger. It was perfect for my party of 10 and children. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. The location was the best. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. The host was really helpful and considerate. Easy to communicate. Will love to return.

Great ski house!

My family stayed at the house over winter break for a ski getaway. The house is conveniently located - a short drive to killington and restaurants. The house has everything we wanted and more. Plenty of space to stretch out but also fun games and activities to bring the family together. We enjoyed the hot tub after a hard day on the slopes and had a shuffle board tournament every night after dinner. Jeff was friendly and responsive. Great place to stay

Property was great for weekend!

We had a get together with 10 of us and this place was great. Check in and checkout were easy, the property was very clean, and it was great being so close to the mountain. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Perfect

The house was perfect. The location was ideal, just minutes from Killington (and Pico although we didn't ski there). Snowmobilimg also nearby. House itself is ideal: roomy, neat, clean, well equipped, and with something for everyone in our group. I would highly recommend it.

Great house close to Killington

Nice house with great amenities, heated garage was a plus. My family enjoyed the hot tub. Jeff was great to work with, responding fast. Hope to rent again in the future.

Great Stay Close to Killington

Great stay - Fantastic location and the house is a great place to host a getaway with a few friends. The only feedback I had is that the house left a few things out like towels (only one per guest which is challenging when there are a hot tub and sauna), bathmats in the bathrooms, and some soap.

Loved this house!

My family bubble had a great stay over the holiday weekend! Big house with a big kitchen great for family meals. Super close to both killington and pico and only 20 min from town for necessities. Family loved the hot tub and sauna. Water pressure in the shower could’ve been a tad stronger and the beds weren’t the most most comfortable but that absolutely should not stop you from renting this wonderful house. We will be back!

Great getaway

The house was very clean and very spacious, perfect for a large group of people. The location was conveniently close to the ski resort, but also tucked away on a quiet road. Everything we needed was already there and the owner was delightful. Had a great time and would definitely book this house again!

The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures

JEFF AND MELLISA are great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful.  The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!
