Esta hermosa casa Post & Beam de 3.000 pies cuadrados está situada en una granja privada de 5 acres en Killington, VT.

El plano de planta abierto presenta estructuras sólidas de madera de roble, altos techos abovedados y ventanas de gran tamaño que parecen atraer el entorno natural al interior.

El amplio patio da a un estanque alimentado por un arroyo y hay un pozo de fuego para reuniones acogedoras durante la noche durante los meses de verano.

We chose this location to celebrate with family and remember our childhood memories of going on vacation to Vermont. It was everything both young adults and their families wanted. The children loved sharing a bedroom. Everyone got along. The property was amazing. We had several fire pits. Everything was explained. And the owner checked in with us several times during our stay just to make sure everything was going well. I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone wants to come back. Close to Killington Adventure park, Hathaway Farm, Mad Hatters Ice cream, President Coolidge Site, hiking, fishing and so much more!

Ideal house for a mountain getaway. Clean, well-maintained, beautifully located and perfectly equipped, this home offers it all. We enjoyed smores around the campfire, cards on the expansive kitchen table and exploring the local trails. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a Summer MTB Trip.

House is located between the Sherburne & Green Mountain Trailheads, which was great for us.Also, having access to the garage was ideal for us to work on and store our bikes.And I won't stay anywhere in the summer without a/c, it worked well. Rarity it these parts...

Family week at Killington/Pico

There were 9 of us. Six adults & 3 children, 13, 9, & 5. We were all happy with the house. It was clean & well stocked. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the kitchen/dining area & the living room was spacious & comfortable. Communication with the owner was outstanding.

Bucket List Ski Trip House

Second time renting at this estate, and there's a reason we came back. Beautiful house, better location. Everything you can ask for in a ski house rental. The layout of the house is second to none, the drive to Killington and Pico are 5 minutes if that. The area is perfect for family and friends to get together and enjoy their vacation. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

House was spacious, clean, and in a beautiful area. You can tell that it’s geared more toward winter tourism, but the area and home were great for a summer visit anyways - just bear in mind that not every room has air conditioning. (It wasn’t a problem for our trip). The property manager was quick to respond to inquiries and pleasant in our interactions. Would definitely recommend to friends.

What a great house! We had a large group staying while we participated in an event at Pico. It was perfect for us. Close to the mountain, lots of room, inside and out. John was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

Great place. Dirty. Description was not accurate

A group of us guys have come to Killington every year for the last 6 years, always staying in a rental. This place is very spacious, however I would caution anyone interest. Upon opening the front door you met with a musty smell of an animal. The skylight above the kitchen table has mold on it. There were multiple piles of dog feces on the front deck. A think layer of dust on the fans in the bedrooms. The description states that the property is ten minutes away from Killington resort, when in actuality it’s closer to 20 minutes. If I would have known the actual distance I may have sought something out a little closer to the town. Beds did not have sheets on them, there were sheets in the closet….however after paying as much money as I did to rent the place, I feel like that is an inconvenience.

Killington family ski trip

Great location to ski Killington. Loved the wood burning stove, and use of the garage was a plus since we have some bad weather. Lots of space to spread out along three floors. Host was very helpful.

A Great Retreat

The families of our two children, 8 people altogether, stayed for 5 nights and found the house spacious, comfortable and well-stocked. It suited us all perfectly. We made a few fun visits to the nearby town recreation center for swimming and pickle ball. The host was very communicative and welcoming.

Large, comfy house, accommodates a big group, quiet neighborhood with beautiful hikes nearby, a helpful, responsive host, fun in the warm weather and seems like a great base for Killington and Pico skiing in the winter

The house was a described. Clean and comfortable for our group. The availability of the garage was a bonus for keeping our motorcycles dry overnight. Very nice, scenic area.

Plenty of space for a large family or 2 family's

The property was set in the woods and it was beautiful. The hosue is perfect for 2 familys, or 1 large family. Plenty of space for everyone. I house needs a little tlc in some areas and we wish the yard was mowed so we could have enjoyed the back yard more

Skiing at Killington

Overall a very good and cozy stay, roughly 15 min from killington ski resort. A couple of minor considerations like a squeaky floor on the second floor and not super comfortable mattress, but these are minor details and we all had a great time staying in this house

Awesome Ski House with Great Location

This is a superior, roomy, immaculate dwelling. John the host was awesome and very attentive. The house was perfect for our group - we have been renting properties in and around the Killington area for over thirty (30) years now and to date we have yet to find a place that compares to this house. Just a lovely space for our group.

Huge house! Great location. Would stay again.

The host was available and communicative. House is huge and has a great location and vibe. Huge windows with gorgeous private views. It was warm and cozy (even if we weren’t able to use wood stove due to door not closing properly). Bathrooms are awesome and a couple look newly done. Dining room table is huge and perfect for apre ski dinners. Showers were great. We were just 4 people but the house would be awesome For two families as it has another whole kitchen and living room downstairs. We stayed during a snow storm and had no problems. Electricity stayed on. Plow was timely and thorough. Garage availability (even though our car didn’t fit) it awesome!! Boot room For skis and boots was divine. And very warm. Few things to note: 1. You will have to make and strip beds. Plan accordingly. 2. Check out time is on the early side. 10 am. 3. The downstairs had some areas that looked like they were being renovated and paint had not been finished. Doesn’t impact use at all.

After owning our previously Killington vacation home for 20 years, we had the opportunity to purchase this large modern home in a more private and relaxed section of town.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Post & Beam design gives this home a wonderful rustic feel that seems to fit right in with the Vermont landscape. The homes towering cathedral ceilings, large windows and elevated private setting give visitors wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Situated on a private road, with landscaped grounds and a private pond, this property gives guests the sense of staying on their own private compound.
