This was the perfect place for us to stay on a pre-Christmas trip to Quebec City. It was very comfortable for me and my partner and my grown son (2 bedrooms, 2 baths). All parts of the old town were easily within walking distance. We enjoyed the view and the kitchen facilities although we mostly ate out. The weather was wintry as expected, but the streets and sidewalks are well taken care of. Merci beaucoup!

Location, Location, Location and Parking. Can't get a better location in Old Quebec. Central to everything. We walked everywhere. Having a parking spot basically right next to the entrance door was key. Parking lots are quite a walk away and it is very hilly. Super, super convenient!! I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Quebec city who wants to explore Old Quebec. The only thing i would change would be the shower controller. It is a old two knob control, one knob for hot and one for cold. I'm old so I know how to use it, but an upgrade to a single knob, anti scald unit would be easier to use and safer. A little more seating, maybe a chair in the corner, would be nice. Otherwise the unit was great.

Closer to everything than you think

Found this property stay and accommodations excellent. We drive on the first day only to realize we could have walked there in roughly the sane time.

We all enjoyed our stay. Getting the hot water right for shower tricky. Should have read every word of location/access instructions. Super convenient.

Lovely place to stay. Water pressure in shower is great. Everything was nice and clean. Our son and daughter-in-law used the sauna each day. Nice rooms! Even a washer and dryer if you want to do laundry! Wonderful appliances in the kitchen and everything you need for an amazing stay!We would definitely go back!

Great winter getaway

Had a fantastic stay in the Old City. Everything was completely walkable. What a fantastic place to explore and experience. The apartment is in a great location with awesome views. Clean and well equipped. The sauna was absolutely fantastic. We used it several times. Will certainly look at this apartment in the future when we come back.

Lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the pictures of the parking place and door entry way before we arrived. Once we arrived, it was easy to get in and the place was warm and welcoming. The location was amazing, and it was nice and quiet for our stay. For 3 of us it worked extremely well. Thank you for hosting us!

Uh, oh!

This location was perfect,but the directions to get into the apartment weren’t accurate and left us standing in the cold rain. The living room needed two more comfortable chairs and no direction to start the sauna.

A nice visit

Was a great location for what we wanted to do. Construction made it a bit interesting at times but this was not controllable by our host. The apartment was nice and looked very similar to what was advertised. The view from our balcony was nice and balcony was great place to start day with breakfast. Thank you for a nice visit.

the ramparts

Property was not safe for the disabled, the hot water in the shower was not controllable, the deck did not have the furniture shown, the TV function was below par- Stanley Cup was underway !!! No information available for grocery stores, given there was a full kitchen. We could go on... but VRBO having charged us $299 for oversight of the ad and the owner- you should return it or be ashamed.

Excellent spot

The location was great for us, and we had everything we needed. The private parking spot was greatly appreciated. Did not get to try the sauna as the ambient weather happened to be sauna-like during our visit, but the air conditioning worked great and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace and having breakfast early in the morning. Would definitely book again.

Nice place, good location -- small, but well appointed.

Were it not for the sizable deck, this would have been a much less desirable stay. After all, true luxury is space, not new tile, for although this little apartment has nice, high ceilings, fresh paint and furnishings, and new tile in the bathrooms, sitting on the spacious deck was what provided a sense of ease. (The easy-to-use sauna located on the deck was very pleasant, too.) It is located about 200 meters from the heart of old town, so it was insulated from all the hubbub of the shops and restaurants, but still within easy walking distance. And we were pleased that even though Old Quebec City was inundated with tourists, it's standards of food and goods remain high and a pleasure to explore.

Perfect Location

What an amazing location and apartment! It is situated right in the heart of Old Quebec and is walking distance to all attractions. The view is also fantastic, parking was easy and communication with host was great! We highly recommend this place and will be back again in the future!

You Won't Find A More Perfect Space To Explore QC

My adult daughter and I stayed at this property when visiting QC for the Christmas season. It is PERFECT. Everything you want to see is within walking distance. It was so nice to be able to travel out and then return to our apartment to relax for awhile anytime. The apartment itself is very clean and warm-which is important when you are visiting in December. Beds are comfortable and lighting is excellent. The large windows looking out at the harbor are wonderful. The washer and dryer were greatly appreciated because we didn't have to pack as many clothes. The rental team was amazing! Anytime I messaged Sandy with a question, she responded within 5 minutes-probably quicker. We will be returning to QC and there is no doubt we will stay here again!

Daughters Birthday

We arrived directly with no issues directions to park where perfect accompanied by photos. All accurate and helpful. The apartment is clean safe and secure with triple door locks. Walkable to every location important to us. I will mention a sewer smell coming from the main bathroom. I know these cities have very old plumbing. Not sure if anything can be done. And it was not bad enough to upset our stay. I would book again

Quebec vacation

The apartment was very clean, cute and modern. Had everything we needed. Loved having the private balcony with a great view. The only downside was that the bed was very uncomfortable. The linens and duvet covers were fabulous and the pillows too! Just the bed! The furniture ( couch) was also pretty uncomfortable, so if the weather was cold or rainy, there really wasnt a comfortable place to hang out for awhile. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you!
