Welcome to OceanAura, a true one bedroom/one bath oceanfront unit with amazing views. Keyless entry with no contact check in or check out. Key code changed after each stay.

Wake up to beautiful ocean views from the king size bed with a very comfy plush mattress to enjoy the views. The nightstands have lamps with USB chargers for your phones and electronics. There is also a tv as well as access to the balcony.


Living/dining area includes a Samsung 55inch QLED Smart tv with cable channels including HBO. You also have access to Samsung TV channels . The electric fireplace provides both ambience and warmth. There is a dining table with chairs to enjoy your meals whether home cooked or ordered in. The kitchen includes stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and glass tile backsplash. There is a keurig coffee maker with a supply of some kcup pods including coffee and hot cocoa for those nights you want to enjoy the fireplace while watching your favorite tv show on cable or streaming. Games and puzzles are also included for a rainy day.

Beautiful comfortable counter height chairs and table to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the balcony while having your morning coffee or your evening wine or cocktail. The condo is located on the 5th floor, the perfect floor to enjoy the beautiful views but not too high up for those that do not like heights.

We have a beach closet with beach chairs, umbrella, binoculars, and some coolers to enjoy on the short stroll to the beach.

There are many amenities to enjoy while staying here such as indoor and outdoor heated pools, lazy river, numerous hot tubs, hammocks, nice lounging areas with loungers for sun bathing. There is a pool bar during the seasonal months to grab a quick bite to eat or refreshing drink. There is a fitness room for those who never want to miss a workout. Very nice remodeled oceanfront restaurant offering wonderful meals. In a hurry? Grab a coffee or quick breakfast snack at the lobby cafe. Walk to miniature golf and restaurants such as Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's and the popular oceanfront Sea Captain's House.

We welcome dogs 20 pounds and less with a non-refundable 25.00 pet fee per night. No aggressive breeds per the HOA, .Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted.
2 dogs per room maximum.
Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky are not permitted. *** Other Breed Restrictions may apply***

We only stayed 2 nights for a little getaway and it was amazing. Everything was very clean and having beach chairs along with other beach things available to use was awesome. We would definitely stay here again and we are not ones to stay in the same place twice. Awesome experience.

It is so refreshing to stay at a place that has everything you need. We were able to easily check in and then start relaxing with the incredible views from the balcony. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was very convenient to have beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag and cooler. It made packing a lot easier!

this room was overall amazing. beautiful balcony with picture perfect views of the ocean. the unit itself was clean, comfotbale, and very spacious. fully loaded with a kitchen and everything you would need for a morning coffee over looking the beach. located next to many great restaurants within walking distance. overall 10/10 and would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Sitting on the patio with an ocean view was very relaxing and worth the trip. It was great to have a Starbucks on 1st floor so we could enjoy our brew on the patio.

Our host Joanne was wondeful. She was very responsive and flexible. The condo was not exactly as I imagined it but it worked. It was clean and the decor was bright and tastefully painted in vibrant colors. However, the best part of our stay was opening our eyes each morning to the view of the ocean as we laid in bed. I also enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony with my morning coffee watching the sway of the ocean and or reading a book. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay.

My overall review is always based on the comfort of the bed. Unfortunately this bed was extremely uncomfortable. Owner needs to purchase a new mattress. The ceilings also had a lot of mildew stains which need to some kilz and paint plus in areas of the room the popcorn was about to fall off. There were also a lot of room plug ins/moisture and scent deodorizers masking the mildew smell. Cleaners could have done a better job as well but it was ok. Property was a good location and convenient. Noise didn’t seem to be an issue.

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. However, basing a review on a mattress is not exactly ideal. Everyone has their opinion on mattresses and not everyone will be happy. This being said we have many reviews with people saying how comfortable they found the bed. We also receive numerous positive compliments on the cleaning. It is the beach and people will open the doors with the air conditioning on and that has resulted in our ceiling being discolored. It is on the agenda to be painted next month. It is very disappointing for an owner to receive a less than great review from a guest and the guest never mentioned anything during their stay. I hope next time you will talk to the owner during the stay and make any issues known to them.

Oh how I loved staying here! At first glance opening the front door, all my husband and I could say was, “WOW” at the view! The cleanliness was impeccable. The design of the condo, the view, unbelievable. Our host, explained everything fully ahead of time and our check-in was as smooth as can be. She was so gracious! We stayed for 5 nights and are already planning on going back! Definitely pick these accommodations. You won’t be sorry!

The view is amazing. The condo is so clean and comfy. The host had everything we would need for the beach there. They were right on top of things if I had questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Comfy mattress and great space. Would love to stay again.
