Bring your family for a wonderful vacation at this beautiful new beach house in Port Aransas built in 2015. Located just 7 minutes from downtown Port Aransas. Sea La Vista’s location is hard to beat. This house is a three-story getaway, complete with everything you’ll need to relax and enjoy a carefree vacation at the beach. From the second you arrive, you’ll feel like you’re at home in the comfort, style and amenities only available at the best resorts with privacy and beach luxury at your fingertips!

The first floor is designed to be the perfect area to prep for the beach or pool with plenty of space to stash your beach toys and chairs. You’ll find an outdoor shower to wash off after a sandy day with privacy from neighbors. There is also a collection of sand toys and a beach cart for our guests to use. Also on the first floor is a private bedroom and full bath with two twin trundle beds which sleeps 4, also with their own private patio which faces the beach and picnic table.

Take the elevator to the second floor where it's home to three bedrooms and three full private baths with great views of the ocean including two second floor decks, one being private to the 2nd master. The second master has a king bed, private bath, and private deck with beautiful views of the lagoon. Bedroom 3 hosts a full queen bed and full private bath. Bedroom 4 is wheel chair accessible room and features a queen bed and ADA shower.

Upon exiting the elevator to the 3rd floor, where you'll spend most of your time because it’s where everyone hangs out; you'll find the HUGE living room with open floor concept, kitchen and dining space. You can sit out on the expansive deck with water/beach views or watch TV in the living room and play board games. The third floor also features a well-appointed master bedroom and largest full bath complete with a jetted tub, shower, double sinks and views for miles!

Other features of our home include an elevator, private bathrooms for each bedroom, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, two car attached garage, additional half bath on the 3rd floor, fully furnished, full kitchen of tools and utensils and much more. This kitchen was upgraded by a Chef with with much of the necessities you'll need and other features you appreciate. The only thing you need to bring is whatever you catch!

Beach Access Rd #2 is ONE minute away and extremely convenient! You will be on the sand in 60 seconds!

**Slingshot Rentals - We own a 2020 Polaris Slingshot GT Limited Edition & new 2022 Slingshot R which are NOT included in the rental rates. Please inquire about the Slingshots if interested.

Communication from booking through checkout was prompt. Encountered issues addressed quickly. The elevator was a huge asset. The private bath for every bedroom was also a great asset. Areas of home are showing some wear but didn't impact our vacation. We had 7 adults staying and it more than suited us. We did feel that the handsoaps were all diluted in the bathrooms and it took a great amount to feel as if your hands were clean. Wifi was solid. Location to community pool was convenient. Sunrise views from balcony were incredible. The first floor room did stay warm throughout the stay even with all doors closed. We would absolutely rent here again. Thank you for thw opportunity.

The house is very large, 5 bedrooms and a bathroom for every room. The one thing is was not crazy about was having to go thru the garage to get to the 5th bedroom, but that bedroom was nice. The elevator is a great plus, my Mom really enjoyed it. The kitchen was very well stocked it had everything we needed and a large dinning table. The parking was ok we all drive big trucks so it was a little tight. The bedrooms and elevator made it Great.

The Good part:First off, the elevator was convenient. This is primarily why we chose this house. The number of bedrooms were perfect for our family too. Good views of the water. The owners had good communication and assisted in the fiasco with the washing machine and replacing the dirty moldy blenders. There is a community pool… it is hot in there! The pool water is NOT refreshing!!The bad:FILTHY. The house was filthy! From the not supposed to be dark colored rug, thick dust, evidence of MOLD and musty smell. From what my family and I observed, zero deep cleaning was done except the sheets which we trust they were clean. Didn’t see anything otherwise that indicated they weren’t. Maybe the floors were cleaned? And kitchen was clean. Take caution, ask for a recent health inspection of that house! 2nd, the washing machine BROKE! That was a fiasco! Cleaning up the flooded room at 10 PM… The owners which came the next day to clean the bedroom that was flooded and did 1 load of laundry and left. For 13 people, we had a lot of laundry. The Port A laundry mat was CLOSED. We had to go to corpus to do our laundry. Not to mention the extra & involved to do our own laundry. We payed 1k in July 2025. Now onto the manual we were sent.. ssoo much to read! Be careful of the hidden implications on what that manual is saying!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. There was no hot water, the elevator barely worked, and the entire house had a terrible odor, like it hadn’t been cleaned — it honestly smelled like mold. We followed every instruction in his handbook exactly as directed, and I even purchased extra insurance, yet he still tried to make a claim just to get a free washer. Be aware of this if you book. His home has been sitting on the market because no one wants to purchase it due to the smell and condition.

Great for friend trip!

We had a dozen adults and a couple kids here, the private bathrooms were a HUGE win and the large dining table and ample seating in the living room made it easy for everyone to hangout and enjoy. Driving and parking on the beach made it easy to enjoy the beach without being right on it. Only feedback is that I wished the house was more equipped with things like trash bags, paper towels, etc. to save a grocery run, but all in all great affordable house! Also the best communication that I’ve ever had from a host :)

Not Sanitary to Rent, Bed Bugs, No Hot Water, Mold

Our stay at this rental was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, we noticed serious sanitation issues. The air vents and baseboards were covered in mold, creating an unhealthy environment. The worst part was discovering bed bugs in the bedrooms, which made sleeping impossible and left us covered in bites.To make matters worse, there was no hot water, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The overall cleanliness of the house was far below any reasonable standard, and it was clear that it had not been properly maintained.I would strongly advise against renting this property unless significant improvements are made. No one should have to deal with these kinds of conditions, especially when paying for a vacation rental. This was an awful experience, and I regret booking this place.For 4 nights, our total was 4500 and this was not a house in that caliber. We do not live like this, let alone vacation like this, worst experience ever.

This was my family’s second time staying at this property! We love all the space it provides (especially everyone having their own bathrooms. Makes showering after a day at the beach so easy and quick) The kitchen is fully stocked with basically everything you could think of! We had an issue with a door handle but had quick turn around in communication and getting it fixed! We had an amazing time! -Our only issue was the mosquitoes. I’m aware we are at the beach and there are areas around the property that hold water but aren’t able to be taken care of by owner. I do wonder if possibly spraying around the house would help.

PERFECT Family Getaway!

First thing I want to mention is that communication with the owner, Greg, is REMARKABLE. Very communicative and friendly during the entire process of renting and answering questions. Now, about the house itself. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This house is beautiful and very spacious. We had a family of 10 and the fact that each of the 5 bedrooms had its' own bathroom was a HUGE win. Also, there were 2 of us that had mobility issues and having the elevator there was the icing on the cake. Eventually, most everyone used the elevator. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and i felt like the house had everything you could ever need for your beach getaway. The living room/dining room space had plenty of seating, which was important for our family time watching movies and playing games. We loved the location, as it was tucked away from the hustle & bustle. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. During the length of our stay, my family members kept telling me I did a great job finding this house lol. If you have a large gathering of friends/family, I highly recommend this home, as it was PERFECT.

Nice house but...

This is a tale of the good, bad and ugly. The house is nicely decorated, nice floor plan and is reasonably well appointed with respect to things you need to stay for a few days. The bedding is clean and the house has a view of the ocean. The elevator is a great plus for luggage, groceries, and those nights when you are too tired to do the stairs! It works well. Rounding out the good, the manager/owner is very responsive and appears to care. The bad...the house is not very clean (think corners, baseboards, etc.). The owner indicated they paint monthly. Well, I could see where they painted (on the cupboard, by the trash can with paint that did not quite match). He told me that the grunge under the cupboard door handles, on pantry door, on the baseboards, on the vents, was 'normal wear and tear.' Well, when I took a rag and cleaner to the pantry shelves, to the kitchen cupboards, the 'wear and tear' came off. The ugly- there was a repair man working on the dry wall...he walked through the house up to the kitchen tracking dry wall dust everywhere... ugly but not the end of the world. The beach access is a drive (this I knew) but I didn't realize how much I would miss walking out the door onto the beach. The neighborhood is showing signs of wear (sign is broken, etc.). Overall, this was a good house for our needs but I would not stay again. And with the pretty substantial cleaning fee, one expects cleanliness and no ask for doing laundry.

Beautiful Beach Home - Great for Families and Groups

The home was absolutely gorgeous with relaxing decor. Gregorio and Ari are very responsive, regardless of it I raised questions before, during, or after our stay. I guess we need to get back there before the area is so developed that it gets too crowded to enjoy.

Frustrated with host

The property was over all very nice. It has enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. It also has an elevator. I emailed the host to make sure the elevator was working the day before our trip. My husband is disabled and without a working elevator it would not be possible to stay there. The response I received was rude and unnecessary. We had two maintenance issues. There was a leak in the kitchen when we got there making the sink and dishwasher unusable. It was fixed by the next day. The air conditioner on the 1st and 2nd floors did not work at all two of the four days and nights we stayed. The host made lots of excuses and did not even call to have it checked until the second day. The temperature got up to 80 degrees. 12 people had to sleep on the floor in the living area of the third floor for two nights. He didn’t offer any compensation. Finally, the rusted out unit was replaced with a new one. The air conditioning vents are black and dirty. There is a light fixture on the second floor balcony that is hanging and about to fall out with all of the wiring exposed. The house needs some repairs and the host was very difficult to deal with. We won’t stay there again.

Luxurious Property & Fantastic Hosts!

This is our family’s 2nd year in a row staying at this luxurious property that’s incredibly close to the beach. The hosts, Ari & Greg, are truly nothing but gracious and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The property is clean, fresh, has every amenity one could even think of and has a “Home-like” atmosphere. The beds are comfortable and you will leave feeling rejuvenated from your stay. My family and I highly recommend staying here and we will most certainly be back. Thank you Greg & Ari for making our stay wonderful.

Very clean and well kept!

Our co-workers enjoyed some R&R while on a week long work trip. This house had the perfect amount of bathrooms, was very clean, and Greg communicated very well. Internet connection was also very reliable for us to work while at the house.

Great Retreat

My family and my in-laws stayed here for several days and found it to be great spot. It was a short drive to the beach, be sure to grab a beach permit as you will need it to park your car on the beach, and it wasn’t crowded at all. Port Aransas isn’t too far away, making the location of the house ideal. The neighborhood is quiet with a decent nearby pool. We had a wheelchair user in our group and several old knees so the elevator was a godsend. The accessible room was tight but not unmanageable and the shower was great. The only complaint we might have is the temperature on the third floor was pretty cold and we couldn’t adjust it. But there were blankets on the couches so we all stayed comfy when we watched a movie together. All in all we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: 1) Greg ( owner) was great to work with 2) The house was very nice and comfortable for our group of 13 3) 5 bedrooms great for our group 4) We loved the kitchen family room as a gathring place. 5) The elevator was great for one of our limited mobility family members. Some areas needing a little attention: 1) There is absolutely NO beach access by foot, the nearby boardwalks are not available for use, so if you want an early morning stroll on the beach, you must dtive. 2) The house could use more beach towels. We found 7 for our group of 13. 3) The hot tub would not heat. We got it up to 103 but only for a coupke of hours - 85-90 most of the time - Greg telks me they have ordered a cover for it. All in all a nice, comfortable house.

This property is amazing! Aside from all the amenities, size, space, views, access, and so much more, it is very much the perfect getaway. Plus as you're just right outside the center of Port Aransas, you will not have to worry about heavy traffic, you have the option to pick and choose your perfect sandy spot since not many with golf carts can travel to this part of the beach, so you can drive down a few mins and be in the hustle and bustle, or have complete privacy!

We offer a house that ANYONE can enjoy. You really only need to bring the food and drinks you love! As we have an elevator, it allows anyone that may not want to traverse stairs to just take the relaxing ride. It also allows you to bypass your other guests if you don't want to walk through the house. We provide superior and premium furniture and amenities for maximum comfort level. We maintain our house frequently for safety, health and comfort.
