Our stay was outstanding — the staff were exceptional and communication was flawless from booking through checkout. They responded immediately to messages, provided clear pre-arrival instructions, and anticipated our needs with genuine warmth. When we asked for a small favor it was handled within minutes and with a friendly attitude. The property matched the listing exactly and any minor issues were resolved quickly. We had a terrific time at the Sun Seeker Villa. Chef White did an excellent job of preparing terrific, authentic Jamaican cuisine. Jason the Butler was phenomenal in attending to our every need. 1st class staff and accommodations.

Truly Amazing

Stayed at the Sunseeker Villa for my bachelorette trip. There were 13 of us in total and the staff took very very good care of us. Our butler, Mr. Marvin was very attentive and has the best personality. The chef, Mr. White, made everything to our specifications. The menu provided by the villa is pretty extensive and Mr. White never disappointed. We gave Chef White cash, and he went to the store to purchase the items needed for the meals we wanted prepared. Mr. Marvin took us to the store at our request for any other items we needed. There are also maids and security guards. Everyone truly made us feel at home. The house is clean and great for large groups. Also, Ms. Sophia, the contact/host through Vrbo, is extremely responsive and great to work with. Lastly, bring a tip for the staff! They deserve it.

A Memorable Stay at Sun Seeker Villa in Montego Bay, Jamaica I can't even describe how amazing my stay was at the Sun Seeker Villa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. For a week, my family and I were able to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and stunning atmosphere of the property. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the view of the grounds was simply breathtaking. I'm giving the property a five-star rating because of the top-notch experience and level of expertise provided by the staff. However, there were a few minor issues that arose during our stay that could be improved upon. As a business owner, I understand that there is always room for improvement amongst your employees. There were a few areas where the staff could have given more attention to detail. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful and blessed experience, and I would book this villa again without hesitation. My family and I are already looking forward to returning in 2024. The staff made us feel welcomed and like family. The hosts were incredibly helpful and resourceful when it came to accommodations. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a location in Paradise for a family vacation, anniversary, birthday, or small intimate island wedding, then this is the perfect place for you. It was my Best Friend's 10 year wedding anniversary!!!

It was 6 couples in this very spacious, modern, clean Villa! There was nothing we desired or wanted that this staff didn't provide from a wonderful greeting with cold beverages, answers to all our questions, we wanted it they made it happen! The entire staff was pleasant and great!! I must shout out the 2 men that made our trip amazing!! First let me tell you Chef White is the domb.com he is the truth, this man cooks with love & passion & please know you can taste it in every bite!! I wanted to put him in my suitcase & bring him home!!! (You might want to book soon because I'm sending for him!!!! Now let’s talk about our phenomenal butler Marvin! From the moment we stepped foot onto the property Marvin served us with great pride, passion, and a sense of humor. There was no request unfilled, no glass/tumbler or plates were ever empty. Marvin was even the entertainment at times! There is no request small or large he cannot accommodate. By the end of the trip Marvin was deemed a honorary member of our Anniversary Squad! Don't hesitate to book this Villa we are a group of well traveled people and very particular and they found a way to accommodate and please us all!! From shell fish allergies while everyone else still wanted shell fish daily, to vegetarians and non pork eaters while some of us wanted pork. Much Love and Respect, The Thomas Takes 10 squad!!!

Amazing Stay to celebrate my birthday

Everything was amazing!!! From the moment we walked in it felt like home away from home.

The food was amazing. He made sure everybody was good even with a long list of allergies. The house was very clean. Big shout out to Claud. He made sure everything was good and made sure we was lit the whole time. He is officially a part of our family. Webb the transportation connoisseur was great. He taught us a lot about Jamaicas history and the land. Communication with the host Sophia was great. She made sure we had everything in order from beginning to end. If I could rate it 20 stars I would!!! We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely beautiful

The Sunseeker villa was absolutely perfect for our bachelor party of 8 guys. We didn't rent the full house, so they closed up some rooms while we were there. The staff included a butler (Claudane), chef (Mr White), housekeeper, security guard, and general manager. We also met the owner (Patrick). All of them were amazing to talk to and were extremely helpful for our trip. The house itself is new construction, mostly tile and includes a pool (along with crazy LED lights), a large portable speaker system, full kitchen, grill/smoker combo, pool table, pac man machine, gym, den/game room, and a half dozen balconies all over the house. There are ACs and smart sensors in the rooms, and there's mesh wifi. There are cameras in public locations, signifying a real operation. The design is flawless, the staff has walkie talkies to communicate, and sleeps in a separate cottage. They are tireless, and do not quit, until around 10:30pm. You may want to budget a large cash tip for them. In terms of food, Chef White made the vacation. We were pretty particular about food, but he made it all happen. He worked for many hours in a hot kitchen, and the food was always on point. They shopped, gave us receipts and we paid them back in cash. The villa utilizes its own transportation group, and the pricing seemed high. However, there's no Uber in the area, so it's the best they can do. All in all A+++.
