Beautiful condo! Plenty of space for a family of 11 with 4 full bathrooms. Very clean. Enjoyed the multiple pools, lazy river and slide. Easy beach access. Downside was there is a charge for parking.

Good time

We very much enjoyed our stay. I wish the kitchen was better stocked with utensils. Knives were all dull and we had a shrimp boil, but no large pot to cook in.

This property was perfect for our family of 10. It is spacious and had everything we needed. Having 4 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms was wonderful. We all loved the lazy river, indoor pool, and outdoor pool. The 9th floor was a good floor to be on since it wasn’t too high. The only negative was that by being a huge resort sometimes the elevators were crowded. We all said we would come back again!

Condo was lively except no place to put food (pantry). The walk to the beach was cluttered with bottles, cans, shoes and debri.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the Condo was good. The family room furniture was a bit dingy. The the rug was needing replacement. Bathroom rugs were old and shabby. Bathroom garbage cans were all rusted inside. Refrigerator had some broken buttons.

Fun Getaway with family

Location and beachfront views stunning and a fun place to bring family from age 70-13 years of age. Arrived around 6:30 pm and no one was at desk to get parking pass, had to get parking pass next day in the morning. No problems with communication with property manage, but did not have to reach out to them upon arrival. Overall the condo was clean, but kitchen area could have been little more cleaned and organized. We did however find everything we needed for our stay.

Amazing family vacation

This was an amazing family vacation. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The accommodations are perfect for our family so that everyone can stay together. We love the bunks in the 2nd bedroom with a king bed. This made is so much easier for my daughter and her 3 little ones. Plus having a bathroom in each bedroom and an additional bath is everything. The kitchen has everything you could need. The free standing ice maker may have been our favorite addition to the kitchen. I honestly can’t find any negative about our stay because it was such a great week. We look forward to our next trip and hope to book this exact unit again next year. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice. All of the appliances worked, including the washer and dryer, refrigerator and icemaker. We were pleased with the amount of space and the bunkbeds in one room added to our rental for the smaller children. All of the outside amenities were fantastic, including the pool, splash pad, adult pool and lazy river, which was not very deep for the younger children. The beach was spectacular and easy to access from our area. The balcony and view was spectacular.

We love all the space, that it is on the beach, and that you can park right out side the condo. Our kiddos love the pools and splash pad, especially the slide! We had a bad experience with the new cafe, but other than that, everything was amazing. We look forward to our annual beach trip each year, and this condo makes it so enjoyable. Thank you!

Not pleased for money

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was not good. Unit was dirty when arrived. We cleaned it ourselves to make it feel cleaner. After parking our small RV in a space labeled for bus parking for 4 plus days we were made to move so a car could park there although we paid for same parking pass and was told prior to and at check in we could park there. Desk staff and manager was incompetent dealing with issues. No crowd control at pool or lazy river. Stayed at PW 2 previously but will not again.

Happy to say that our Phx West 2 902 Condo was perfect for what we needed! We had 5 adults and 2 kids and stayed for 8 days - the rooms were the perfect size and the beds were super comfy! The 9th floor was perfect given the parking garage navigation and the condo was clean and had an amazing view!

THIS WAS OUR FIRST YEAR AT UNIT 902 AND THE PICTURES ARE SPOT ON. IT WAS VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED, AND EVERYONE HAD THEIR OWN BED. EVEN ON A CROWDED WEEK WE WERE ABLE TO FIND A SPOT ON THE BEACH AND CHAIRS BY THE POOLS. THE ELEVATORS ARE A TAD SLOW BUT BEING ABLE TO PARK ON YOUR FLOOR IS A BIG BONUS! WILL DEFINITLEY BE VISITING THIS CONDO AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! T

The beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely useful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since booking in December this unit had a complete make-over! New furniture and bedding was a lovely surprise! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked With dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and bakeware. There are two coffee pots and a Keurig. The wet bar has an ice maker! The new outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxing with a great view of the Gulf and beach!
