Charming spacious garden level apt
Welcome to our sweet and spacious garden level apartment. There is a private entrance to a large studio/1 bedroom convertible apartment with a brand new fully functional kitchenette and dining area, living area, bedroom area with a Murphy bed that can be stored away, private bathroom and access to a washer/dryer. We live upstairs and are generally around to greet you and help with anything you may need. It is our joy to host people from all over, of all backgrounds and lifestyles.
The space
We live in a private semi-detqched house on a beautiful block in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The garden level apartment is cozy yet very spacious, perfect for either singles or small groups. The apartment has everything you will need for a great stay in New York.
Guest access
You will have a private entrance to your private apartment with a full bed, L-shaped couch, kitchen, dining area and bathroom.

Hi! I am a born and bred 4th generation New Yorker (yes we exist!). I grew up in Manhattan but now reside in beautiful Brooklyn. I am trained as an architect and in movement and energy healing. My husband is UK native photographer and videographer and we love working from home and raising our child in Brooklyn and with all it has to offer. We love hosting travelers and making them feel at home in our beautiful city.

I lived in this neighborhood until the age of 3 when my parents moved us into Manhattan where I lived for the next 30+ years of my life. As Flatbush began it's revival, just around the time we were looking to purchase our first home and when my child was just the age I was when we left, it felt like the perfect place to call home. We fell in love with the local vibe. Everyone knows one another and looks out for one another, a very rare find in this city! This house was exactly what we were looking for and we knew it was our home just from seeing a tiny thumbnail of it when we immediately sent in an application before even seeing it in person. We knew this was where we wanted to raise our family and host guests and we would love to have you come and experience the joy it brings to us and many travelers before you!

This house maintains its pre-war charm of high ceilings, skylights and exposed brick, while also offering all the modern amenities we've come to all love and rely on. The green street, friendly neighbors, incredibly beautiful light and the dreamy wisteria-filled backyard made us fall in love with this home. Also the very rare find of a semi-attached townhouse allowing more rooms with windows then usually on the market. Come and experience all the charm Brooklyn has to offer!
