Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury, visit online to view virtual tours/videos/discounts. Ideally located one block to the beach and near the heart of Pacific Beach, this brand new bedroom 2 bath condo has it all for your family beach vacation! Everything inside has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, equipped with central A/C, TV, parking, & shared patio. Beach/baby gear provided. Guest must be 25 years or older. No parties and quiet hours 9pm-9am. Internet speed is 1Gbps. This is a first floor unit.

The Space:
Our Emerald rentals have recently been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable and free WiFi. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

For sleeping arrangements, we have 2 large bedrooms, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, perfect for kids. We also have a pull-out couch in the living room. All bedrooms has blackout curtains. For the little ones, we offer a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and single and double strollers. This is a downstairs unit.

We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. So sorry that we cannot accommodate animals of any type due to health concerns among our staff and guests.

Nice property. Location very busy but beach nice . Lots of stairs to get down to beach . A little hard for women in their 70’s . Definitely a party town. Very enjoyable stay

Perfect spot

This house was the perfect size for a group of four friends on a vacation and it was also in the perfect location. Super close to all the restaurants, bars, and beaches in Mission. Hosts were professional and friendly and quick to respond and the house was incredibly clean.

10/10 family vacation spot

This property outdid my expectations in all regards. Location was amazing to be able to walk to so much. Everything in the unit was clean and extremely good quality - from the kitchen utensils to then toilet paper! The ammenities they offer for kids should not be overlooked. We used the crib, high chair, children’s plates/cups, beach toys, wagons, beach chairs, and double stroller. I would 10/10 recommend this place!! Not to mention Melina was responsive and helpful along the way!

Beachy vibe

We loved this property for our family catch up. The location is perfect for a beachy getaway together with its close proximity to the beach and loads of bars, breweries, restaurants and grocery stores. There were all the basics we needed to cook at home when we wanted. It’s also close to good public transport if you don’t have a car. Contact with host was exceptional. We would highly recommend !

Loved our stay!

The property was clean and the location was perfect. We were so close to restaurants and the beach, we rarely had to get in the car once we arrived. We also really appreciated the amenities they had like the crib and the strollers and beach toys. We would definitely stay here again!

Family get together to meet newborn grand baby

The home was perfect for us so we could meet our new grand baby and and have room to spend family time together under one roof. Well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals and work remotely by computer. The portable crib was perfect for baby. The only down side was that the BBQ grill didn’t work.

A week in the sun!

My family (husband and two teenage daughters) stayed for a week and this property is exactly as seen in the photos! It was spotless and well-equipped. Plenty of room and the second bedroom with two beds was perfect for our grown daughers. The outdoor space was fantastic! We used the lounge area every day. The grill was brand new! All possible beach gear was available in the garage. This location can't be beat. Everything we needed - restaurants, groceries and beach were all within walking distance. Made it easy to go for ice cream every evening. Property contact was very responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely go back for another visit.

Great location!

This property had pretty much everything we needed! Great location (easy walking distance to beach and several restaurants, grocery store 3 minute drive away), very clean and well-decorated. So many thoughtful amenities, too. I was worried about not having in-room laundry, but the laundry room was right next door and easily accessible. The only very minor annoyance were the people above us, which obviously the owners had no control over. The welcome book noted quiet hours, but I know it’s hard to control kids sometimes. Still - for a light sleeper like me the early morning running around was the only negative part of our stay, but it would not prevent me from staying here again.

Perfect location and amenities for beach vacation

We had such a comfortable stay. We all kept taking about how comfortable the beds were and the place felt bigger than the pictures show. The location was ideal to get to the beach, without being too noisy, and we also had great proximity to bike rentals, a liquor store, grocery store and CVS! The patio was so nice to be able to spend time outdoors and the real icing on the cake was the abundance of beach accessories. I'd 100% recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Excellent Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your property. The place looked brand new and spotless! Everything we needed to enjoy time on the beach was available in the garage, including wheeled carts to transport everything easily…much appreciated. The location was fantastic! Literally 1 block to the beach. We also walked to multiple dinner spots throughout our stay. Laundry on site was a major plus, didn’t mind paying a nominal fee for use. Provided parking was essential (as its costly to park in public places, if you can even find a place) and very easy to get in and out. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Spot!

We were so pleased with this unit! It is updated and well appointed. Only just over a block to Pacific Beach so it's a short walk. Also a short walk to restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner! La Jolla and the seals and Sea Lions are just a short drive away so don't miss that! We had our 2 year old grandson with us so the crib, stroller and high chair were a huge plus. Communication with the property manager were quick and she was so responsive. We would highly recommend this unit!

Great place!

Even nicer than the pictures! Loved staying here. It has everything you need and more for a family with a baby and toddler. Extremely clean. I didn't realize it would have children's dishes which was handy. The beach, amazing food and a grocery store are all very close by. Great access, easy to get around San Diego from here. Loved the lower unit so that it was darker for the kids' bedtime. The upstairs noise is no worse than if you were at a hotel.

Family Friendly Condo

The condo was great, very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was a quick walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. As close as you are to mission beach the condo was quiet which was great as we travelled with our 18 month old. It was really nice not having to pack a high chair and play pen, the unit was well stocked for little kids! We really enjoyed our stay here!

My family, including a 1 and 3 year old enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, nicely furnished, and everything was functional. The garage has extra strollers, wagons, umbrellas, and about every beach toy you could want. We would definitely stay again.

Great 2BR/2BA in amazing location

Very nice space that was extremely clean and conveniently located near the beach, bars, and restaurants. Loved that the unit also came with access to shared outdoor spaces as well. Property manager provided very detailed info ahead of time and was quick to check in on us after we arrived.
