ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! Lovely condo with fantastic ocean views and lots of natural light. Look no more!

This spacious 11th floor studio condo offers superb ocean views from all the windows.

Elegant kitchen with a large granite counter top, spacious living room and a nice balcony for you to relax. Have your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. This lovely condo is perfect for a very enjoyable vacation and a romantic getaway. This oceanfront building has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna and a gym. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. Close to shopping, attractions, golf and restaurants. ( Easy 6 minute walk to Walmart for essentials)

Had a great time at this place!! Closer to lots of things and had multiple pools!! Met mall my needs. The management company was on top of everything and super easy to reach if I had any questions…. I actually extended my stay, as I didn’t want to leave!!

We had an absolute amazing time! The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved that there were beach chairs in the room. The property was clean. Pools were always clean and the bar/restaurant staff was wonderful. We can't wait to come back.

The property was extremely clean, and so nice. Perfect for my wife and I on a nice weekend getaway. I really can't get over how clean everything was. Great view of the ocean, and beach chairs were provided which was awesome as well. We would 100% book again!

Great place to stay! Would definitely stay there again. Only issues we had were the TV seemed to be a little outdated and every time we tried to watch something, it would work for a short time (10mins) then the TV would restart so watching Hulu / Netflix / whatever was almost aggravating. The dishwasher was loose and not secured in place so it was coming out from underneath the counter BUT mainly stating these so that owners are aware!

Myrtle Beach is always a favorite, and this trip was no exception. We had a great time and this studio condo was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. We loved the unit layout, full-size kitchen and the bed was comfortable. The balcony is a little small but the views are perfect! The 11th floor is just the right height for Dolphin watching, enjoying sunsets and fire works. The Palace location is perfectly located to the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, local shopping and restaurants. Check-in/out was easy. Jeff and team were easy to communicate with and responded fast. The Parking deck is attached to the complex and always offers easy parking. It was nice seeing the security guard regularly walking the deck as well. The amenities offered throughout were a nice touch—like the multiple pools, game room, restaurant, and more. We highly recommend enjoying your stay in this Ocean front condo.

Wonderful Stay in Myrtle Beach

Shelley and Jeff were wonderful hosts, and very accommodating, we arrived early and were able to accommodate an early check in after calling them. Location was great, with access the beach right outside the hotel and walking distance from Walmart and many restaurants as well as many fun activities. The amenities were wonderful with a gym and 2 pools. The view from the hotel room was wonderful with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Very clean and great amenities!

We just got back from spending a week here and loved it! Perfect for 2 adults. Kitchen was stocked with cookware so we could make some meals in the room. Even had 2 beach chairs in the closet that you could take down to the beach! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. 2 large swimming pools, 3 hot tubs. There’s even a little restaurant/bar In the building, access to bar from the pool deck to get drinks and food as well! Great location wise, quick drive to the boardwalk and pier. Would absolutely recommend

First Time in Myrtle Beach

The room was small but had enough space for the 2 of us. The balcony has barely enough room for 2 people. The building has a strange smell and could use some painting. The neighborhood is loud at night. There was not a working drain stopper for the tub. We throughly enjoyed the beach and pool.

Convenient beachside stay

We spent a few days here for our summer vacation. The location and access to the beach were great. The unit was very clean and nice. The view is fantastic! Interaction with the owner was easy with quick responses to questions. We would stay again.

Great place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The property is clean and has a beautiful view. It’s just steps from the beach. The hotel also has pools, a few of which are heated, which is nice. There are many local places to eat/shop. I even went to Walmart (4min away driving) to grab some snacks. There is a stove, so I was able to make a nice grilled cheese, using the provided pan & utensils. If I were to return to the area, I definitely would stay here again. Be sure to read the instructions before coming, because they are super clear & will save you from unnecessarily messaging the hosts. Thanks for the great stay!

Overall, a solid spot with some great perks, but a few drawbacks worth noting.

The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, which made it super convenient. The building itself is older but kept very clean, and having security on site was a nice touch. The condo owner was very responsive, which made communication easy. There are multiple pools and hot tubs, plus a game room for the kids with vending machines, which was a great bonus. And the water pressure in the shower? Fantastic.A few things to be aware of: the smell of marijuana was noticeable throughout the building, which might bother some guests. The balcony is tiny—really only fits two people comfortably. The unit could benefit from blackout curtains; it was so bright at night that I genuinely thought it was morning at 12:45am. Also, if you’re planning to enjoy a drink on the beach, be aware that alcohol is not allowed.Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but there’s room for improvement.

The hotel itself if a bit dated, but clean and has many pools and hot tubs. The room is GREAT!!!! Love the view from the bed and balcony. Decorated adorable, very clean, with a full kitchen. GREAT location, too.
