Waterfront Property with Dock and 2 Minute Walk to the Beach

Beautiful, brand new, resort style, four bedroom home completed in October, 2020 and located right on Rum Road; walking distance from the Island Club ferry drop and convenient to everything! Secluded boat dock right behind the house with water and electric included with rental. One minute golf cart ride to pristine, natural, clear water beaches. Each bedroom suite has its’ own private full bathroom; spacious living area with soaring 10 ft. ceilings; LVP flooring throughout; gourmet kitchen with R/O filtered water system; private, heated pool with brick deck/bar/game area on ground floor.

Amenities included:
• Private boat dock with tarpon, snook, manatees and other wildlife in back yard
(Please contact us for boat size limitations)
• Outdoor lighting and fans
• Private heated pool with screen enclosure
• One Limo 6 passenger golf cart and one regular 4 passenger golf cart included with rental
• 1-minute golf cart ride to the main white, natural beach with clear water and shells galore!
• Brick paved & screened ground level with bar, dining for 8, ping pong, and darts, game area (corn hole boards under the ping pong table)
• Outdoor shower and foot sand wash
• 4 bedrooms each with Queen beds and private bath
• Linens, towels, soaps and paper good provided
• R/O water filter system in kitchen for cooking, drinking, and ice makers
• Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker; expresso maker
• 2 ice makers and state of the art appliances
• Dining area for 8
• Open family room, kitchen, dining, upper patio area overlooking pool, canal,
boat dock with natural habitat view
• Flat screen TV’s in all rooms
• Meet-And-Greet guest pick-up at the dock and luggage transport to Triple Tales;

North Captiva already had our hearts, but Triple Tales took this vacation to a whole new level! Sunrises, Sunsets, sand, relaxation, and laughs—this was the perfect place to unplug and make memories we’ll be talking about for years. Pool was nice on cool evenings, house was clean, well stocked, beautiful & comfortable. Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!

This is the place you want to stay!!! House was immaculate, clean, modern, perfectly located and everything was as described. Sheila and Paula were amazing to work with as well. Everything was perfect. Lots of beach gear. Pool was amazing. 2 golf carts. There was absolutely nothing that we would change. Our family of 8 had plenty of room and could not have been happier. We will stay in this house on future visits! I really can’t express how happy you will be if you choose this home. Did I mention the manatees in the canal right behind the house? They even have those too!

Amazing house in a great location

Perfect for all of us. We come with 2 boats and love a pool. The screened pool was amazing and the access to the dock was nice. Definitely will book again

Absolutely perfect for our family

We had a great time, despite several stormy days the week of our recent stay. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, and in an excellent location. We would absolutely come stay again.

Everything you need

We have stayed at this property before and loved it and it did not disappoint this time either! We have a boat so love that the house is on the canal with a space to dock our boat. Paula, housekeeper/home manager is wonderful!!! We had a minor issue with some water leaking and they got someone to come out within 15 minutes! Communication with owner, Sheila, and Paula is great! The home is beautiful and we loved the screened in pool area with games! Will definitely stay again!

Another Great Stay!

This was our 3rd time staying at Triple Tails and it's still our favorite on North Captiva. Only issue we had was the was low water pressure so the 1st floor had very low flow and the 2nd floor had none. However, we were able to coordinate with Paula (property manager) to get someone on the island to fix the issue. We've already booked for 2026!

This home is by far our favorite we’ve stayed in. The communication and helpfulness of the owner and property manager, along with the amenities and layout of the house, made it the best home we’ve ever experienced.

Love the island

This was our second time to North Captiva and we really enjoy the pace. Away from the hustle and bustle and into a secluded island with only golf carts to get around.Triple Tales was excellent. The pool and games room in the lanai was where we spent a lot of time along with eating our meals out on the deck.Communication couldn't have been better and the home was spotless. Nothing to improve upon here.

Awesome house!

Paula was amazing to work with! The house is close to Mangos and the beach. It is a beautiful house and is stocked with little extras. The pool area is great and has plenty of entertainment. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a get away.

Another great stay!

This was our 5th trip to North Captiva and our 2nd time staying at Triple Tails. It was the family (me, wife, 10yo son and 15yo daughter) + my daughter's best friend. As before, Paula (property manager) was extremely helpful. The house is the perfect mix of everything... has a dock so my son could fish (fishing rods were at the house), a pool with a screen, easy walk to the beach, 2 carts, ping pong, etc. The house itself is fantastic. We love that it backs onto the canal and preserve so there isn't anyone behind us - the back screened-in deck is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning after a walk on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone and a comfy living room to watch movies at night. We've already booked for Spring Break 2025! Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

This was our 3rd time to the island & definitely our favorite house! The home is beautiful, had everything we needed, and was perfect size for our family of teen boys! We had a great time finding & spending time in the pool. Paula & Ritchie we’re amazing! Thanks so much for a perfect week!

Best house on North Captiva

This is our 5th year in a row staying on the island and this is by far the best house we have stayed in. Sheila is a great owner and answered any questions before and during the stay within minutes. We had Paula get our groceries in advance and it was worth the extra cost to avoid the headache of bringing them over on the boat. We have brought our groceries with us in the past and it is a pain to lug everything upstairs so getting there and having everything done was great. Highly recommend!! The dock was great although it took me a few times to get used to turning the boat around in the canal. It has power and a hose for washing down everything and it made life so much easier. There were 6 of us so having multiple golf carts was great. All in all it was a great house and host and I highly recommend staying there. It may not be the least expensive house on The island but it is definitely worth every penny.

Relaxing at Triple Tales

We throughly enjoyed our two week stay at Triple Tales. The home was beautiful and meet all of our needs. We were able to view the beautiful sun sets every night and explore the island for sea shells with the two available golf carts. We used the house pool everyday and took advantage of the kayaks at the Island Club a few times. Paula, the housekeeper, did an awesome job of getting our food orders. We would recommend a stay at Triple Tales if visiting North Captiva Island.

Perfect for our family of 8

We have 6 children ranging in age from 9-23 and this house worked out nicely for all of us. It was VERY clean and the fact that every bedroom had a bathroom was a huge plus for all of my older kids. Paula and Richie we were wonderful, too. Can’t wait to come back again!

Planning to stay again at Triple Tails.

The owners and property manager were quick to respond to me with any question I had. The house was amazing and we all loved the screened in pool. The dock was also very nice. We fished a lot at the beach and on the dock. Everything was awesome. Thank you for everything. If someone is reading this and trying to decide to stay or not, definitely stay. This house was perfect. And North Captiva Island is our families favorite vacation location.

Great week!

We rented this property in late July with friends and family. This was our second time to N Captiva, but first time at Triple Tales. It was wonderful! Sheila thought of everything you need to be comfortable and relax! From the furniture, to the games and kids drawing paper; she didn’t miss anything! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We most enjoyed the pool late in the afternoons and eating outside on the screened porch. Thank you! We will be back!

Paradise!

My family and friends had a great time.. House is new, very clean, and the decor is nice and beachy.. Pool is screened in and heated which is a huge plus. One of the few homes on the island with a canal and private dock. The owner Shelia was great and very responsive. The housekeeper Paula and her husband were great and went the extra mile for us.. Highly recommend if I can give it 6 stars I would.

Great all around

Newer house, with a great screened in pool/rec area below. While we didn't have a boat to dock this year it would have been perfect for it with the dock right out back.

This house is amazing!

We stayed here with our adult son, his girlfriend and her parents. We have our own boat, so being on the canal was absolutely perfect! We love Captiva and have stayed on the island a couple times. Having our boat steps away from house was perfect. The beach was 2 minutes away which was great. Loved having 2 golf carts. We had the best of both worlds with beach being close, and being in canal. The owner answered any questions we had and Paula, the housekeeper, was the BEST!! The screened in pool area was amazing for relaxing and playing games. We love this house and will definitely be staying again.

Triple Tails island adventure

Peaceful stay with adventures on the water and islands surrounding North captiva. Morning sunrise and evening sunset were breathtaking to watch as most guests venture to see them. Beaches seem endless with shells everywhere. We hope to make this a reoccurring family vacation in the future.
