South Seas Beach Villa 2313 es un condominio de vacaciones de alquiler muy bien renovado y de lujo ubicado en el complejo de South Seas Island Resort Beach Villas. Nuestro amplio condominio de un dormitorio / un baño cuenta con una cama tamaño king muy cómoda en el dormitorio y un sofá cama tamaño queen. Hay una cocina completa, sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana grande y una terraza privada con mosquitero para disfrutar de una taza de café por la mañana o un cóctel por la noche. La vista directa a la playa mira hacia el Golfo de México y el área de la piscina. Si bien no tienes acceso a las comodidades del complejo, aún tienes acceso a las piscinas de la asociación, al tenis (de pago), a las parrillas de barbacoa y a la playa. Incluimos sillas de playa, un paraguas y toallas de playa. Hay muchos restaurantes a las puertas del complejo que son opciones maravillosas y tiendas a las afueras del complejo.

Great location for beach activities and pool. Awesome view of the sunset from the porch. Short walk to restaraunts and ice cream. Next time might rent a golf cart for getting around. Otherwise couldn't ask for a better stay.

Very nice place overlooking the gulf. the new berm on the beach impeded some of the views of the waves breaking on the shore. Also, first floor description I literally thought I would have been able to walk right out of the lanai to the beach... my error on being from up north not realizing first floors in Florida are up one level. glad there was a elevator because I had someone in my party with wheelchair. Overall great place for a quit respite!

We are especially glad that the building's elevator made things easy and accessible for the member of your party using a wheelchair! Your note about Florida building design is also incredibly helpful for future out-of-town travelers. Because our beautiful coastal properties are elevated to comply with local flood zones and storm safety regulations, our "first floor" units sit safely up on the second level above the ground-level parking. We truly appreciate you sharing that realization! Regarding the beach, the new sand berm is a vital part of our local shoreline protection and environmental recovery efforts, though we completely understand how it changes the view of the breaking waves right at the shoreline. We are so glad that, overall, you had a great stay, and we would love to welcome your family back for another peaceful beach getaway in the future!

The beach view was great as pictured. Condo interior looked professionally decorated. Kitchen fully equiped but we usually ate at one of the good restaurants down the road. Our only complaint was the mattress that is extremly firm. My wife chose to sleep on the sofa instead. We decided to leave 3 nights early. The management rep said the owner and guests prefered very firm. It's a matter of degree.

We did not use laundry service never been to a place where you paid for using washers/ dryer. AC was fine but needed fan in bedroom to keep it cool.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the AC and the bedroom comfort. We are glad the AC was working well, and we appreciate the suggestion regarding a bedroom fan to help with airflow. Regarding the laundry facilities, we are disappointed to receive a lower rating based on this, as we aim for total transparency in our property descriptions. We do clearly disclose in our listing that the laundry room is available for a fee. This is a common setup in some of our coastal complexes to keep overall nightly rates lower for guests who may not need those specific services. We take a lot of pride in our "no surprises" approach to hosting, so it's a bit disheartening when a clearly stated policy impacts a guest's overall impression. We truly enjoyed having you and hope that, laundry aside, you had a relaxing stay on the island.

Just had a really nice week here. It's exactly as pictured and described. The resort grounds are nicely landscaped and pretty quiet. We didn't realize it's part of a gated community which also gave us some peace of mind about security.The style may not be modern, but all furniture and appliances are clean, comfortable, maintained and working well. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. (even a knife sharpener). Has a Keurig and drip coffee. TV's have lots of free channels but couldn't find how to access the smart TV features in the living room. Internet is fast (we were getting nearly 500Mbps).Very short walk to the beach (although a rented cart made it especially easy). We had neighbors but wall soundproofing seems very good and patio windows are very thick. You hear people going up and down the stairs through the front door but it was never bothersome. Screened in patio/balcony with comfy chairs is a big plus for morning coffee/evening sit with a great view and no bugs. Some beach toys, chairs and a cooler also available although we didn't use them.Had a couple of minor asks of the host and they responded quickly. Two things we didn't like: 1) The patio is really the only window (we wouldn't open the bedroom blinds as it opens onto the stairwell). So, natural light beyond the living room is a bit lacking. 2) Lack of ceiling fan for airflow in the bedroom although there is a desk fan in there. Regardless, I would highly recommend the property.

Loved it all! The condo was located exactly as I had hoped. The beach was very close and even a Starbucks within walking distance. The Osprey out side the lanai. Pelicans, Dolphins, and lots of other birds. Wonderful!

We booked this condo the day before check in as a quick get away to heal from a bad situation and had to cancel hours after making the booking due to flight delays and no further flights available before the booking began. Ryan was amazing and helped us out with the cancelation, responding nearly immediately. I really appreciate his help as it was already a super stressful situation. Will definitely try this beautiful place again when it is not last minute during a government shut down.

Great property right on the beach, pools werent crowded at all. Parking detals were wrong there was no construction, you can park right next to the room. Its gated but you just need to tell them your room address to get a gate pass.

The place was great - I would be helpful to know what is already there so the renters did not have to buy/rent additional items (ex: beach chairs& umbrella)
