Access to the house is via a small outdoor staircase of approximately 14 steps.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a flat-screen TV opening onto a terrace and enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments.
The rustic yet functional kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine.
A WC with shower and washbasin completes this level.

Upstairs, you will find a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a small sea glimpse, a second bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a BZ-style sofa bed (140 cm), as well as a bathroom with bathtub, WC and electric heated towel rail.

Outside, enjoy a terrace and enclosed garden, garden furniture and 2 sun loungers.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
