I am using very amazing Hotel quality linens (NOT COSTCO or AMAZON or other cheap-o rental units, I use *real hotel* Linens sourced via a major hotel chain), no bedspreads or decorative pillows - feel clean and secure and feel the difference with crisp white bedding, lightweight comforter and duvet. Amazing bedding package for the price point and this makes such the difference on your holiday.

Hotel bath products, fully equipped kitchen with nice appliances, quality serve and cookware, Keurig machine, etc. and other thoughtful extras make this one of the more sought-after listings for this development and in La Quinta. The "Seville" floor plan of this single-story home model is also very unique and popular after within the community as the detached casita allows for guests or for more privacy for part of your group with full separate entrance, queen bed, master bathroom -- very few of these configurations are listed for rental.

I have upgraded Wi-Fi and a MESH router system that has 3 strategically placed hubs that send super fast and reliable wifi throughout the entire house and outdoors. Again, did not cut corners and you'll be able to and ready to work remotely. I invested in technology for the whole house to make this a great and modern stay.
