The living area features a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV for relaxing moments.

For sleeping arrangements, there are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140 cm) and the second with a single bed (120 cm). A bathroom with shower and WC completes the main living space. Adjacent to the living area, a small utility room with washing machine, WC, and hand basin adds extra convenience.

Outside, enjoy the terrace for sunny lunches or a barbecue, and park your vehicle in the gravelled courtyard.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
