The apartment is composed of a living room dining room as well as a spacious and very well equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed of 160 as well as an office area and a cupboard offering a large storage volume, a second bedroom with 2 beds of 90 that can be gathered into a large bed of 180 at your request, a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet. You will also enjoy a terrace for relaxation and to take meals out of sight. Parking space in front of the apartment.


From the apartment you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, The location of the place allows you to quickly go to the park market, the cinema, discover one of the best fishmongers in the city.
Some must-see places will allow you to enhance your stay: children's rides, seafront, the vaults of the port to have a drink, all on foot if you wish.

Nearby you can rent bikes and enjoy the cycle path along the beaches of the Grande Conche and St Georges de Didonne.
