Make yourself comfortable in its bright living room for a moment of conviviality!
Its functional kitchen offers you everything you need to prepare your meals (3 burner induction hob, hood, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with a freezer section, dishwasher).
Its night section has two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and a chest of drawers, a third bedroom with two 90cm beds and a dressing room, a shower room with a double washbasin and an electric towel rail, a desk and an independent toilet.
A washing machine and freezer are available in the garage.
A car is essential, or take your bikes out (7min from the centre by bike).
GARDEN FURNITURE - BARBECUE - DECKCHAIRS - PARKING ON SITE
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
