Come get away in this quaint cabin. Higden vacation cabin sleeps 2. You will be treated to lake views from the cabin's front door, along with a prime location right on Greers Ferry Lake. Neighborhood boat launch, one street over. 2nd cabin next door available if needed.

Host communicated very well throughout the rental process. Cabin was as advertised. Very clean and well setup. Water view and quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Check in was easy. Perfect studio for two people - clean, nicely decorated. The moderatlely appointed kitchenette complements grilling out on the gas grill. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy lake access as promised - perfect for launching our kayaks for a day on the water.

Everything was clean, quiet, and cozy. Great for paddle boarding, jogging, and hiking. Great campsite for having cocktails and snacks. Nice little weekend getaway

Family Reunion

Great for a quick weekend stay or getaway by the lake. Mainly just slept and showered here but the bed is very comfortable, the shower is hot and the cabin is plenty of room for two for a weekend. Check in/out was very easy and communication was great though the whole process. Would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay , very nice , quiet , cozy place to stay , we are already talking about going back in the spring for another visit and plan to stay again. Would recommend to any and all you will enjoy it .

A little Gem

Adorable little cabin nestled on the lake. It was the perfect and most peaceful weekend. We really enjoyed the cabin. We will most definitely be back hopefully in the spring!!!

The host was so helpful in helping me and my husband make this trip a great fishing adventure. She was so kind when we had to cut our trip short. The cabin was so cute and perfect for the experience we had planned.

Valentine’s Getaway

My partner and I were looking for a quick, weekend trip. I’ve been to Heber Springs a few times, but never Higden. The location was very cozy and accessible. It rained while we were there, but we were able to just watch movies and go into town. There is a lovely few and fire pit, and we would love to go back when it’s warm. Julie was amazing and responsive.

Girls get away

I surprised my best friend with an overnight trip to just relax and chill and this place was the most perfect place for that! Close to the lake, bonfire, beautiful scenery, and can we talk about Julie!!!! She is one of the best host I've ever dealt with! She went above and beyond for us and let us have an early check in and late departure. Had wood for us for the fire pit and overall 10/10!!!

Quiet, private and relaxing!

My husband and I had a very relaxing time during our stay. The weather was perfect and the cabin had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner as well. We used the grill and air fryer for our meals. There is a Dollar General minutes away should you need anything. Very convenient. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in this beautiful cabin! Communication with the host was excellent. The cabin was beautiful and clean. We used the air fryer and the propane grill. The grill was clean and the propane was available for us to use. We sat by the lake and built a fire in the fire pit. Hulu and Netflix was available to us in the cabin. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this lovely little cabin,
