Maui Kai 504 is a fully remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo that features a fully stocked kitchen and an updated bathroom! With a King-size master bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, Maui Kai 504 comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Easily expand your living space by opening the double sliding glass doors. Let the fresh tropical ocean breezes cool you down or turn on the central air conditioning system for a quick cool off after a day in the sun. After a busy day enjoying our island paradise, relax in the recliner in front of the large flat-screen Cable TV. The unit also features complimentary WiFi.

Maui Kai resort is located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from street noise and cloistered among a collection of boutique resorts. The tree-lined drive is also a pleasant walking path up to convenient dining and grocery options, bars, and food trucks. If your ideal vacation does not include driving, this location is perfect for a low-key, home-based experience. Maui Kai is an oceanfront resort located at North Kaanapali Beach with a view of the majestic islands of Lanai and Molokai. There is a perfect sandy beach, great for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing directly in front of the resort. Right next door to Honokowai Beach Park, Maui Kai is also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the famous Kaanapali boardwalk that connects to Black Rock Beach and Whalers Village. When we checked in the AC didn’t work. We contacted the property manager and it was fixed immediately. The space is clean & well equipped and a good size for 2 ppl. The view is awesome especially the sunsets and turtle sitings. We weren’t there during whale season so that was a bummer but if you are you will have a great view of them. Food truck park is down the street. We recommend the Thai, Vietnamese & especially buy local fresh fruit from the fruit vendor. They are super friendly. They have all local produce, Mango, papaya, star fruit, coconut & pineapple and much more.The only negative we had was that occasionally when outside you smell the sewage processing plant if the wind is blowing from that direction, but this is not the owners fault. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back. We highly recommend it !

Vacation rental of this condo was amazing. No issues, very private. Can’t control the wind, but it was a very windy stay this last week of June. Homeless were definitely present in this area as it’s next to a public park. Law enforcement should be more present in the evenings/ nightime in this local park area.
Sunsets from the condo were amazing!
View of the mountains from the Master Bedroom were beautiful.
Daytime view from the condo doesn’t disappoint.

beautiful view, easy location

The condo was just as advertised, with a beautiful view of the ocean, nice appliances, clean and well-maintained, with a number of helpful amenities like beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

My stay at Maui Kai great. The room was not just comfortable, but truly a sanctuary overlooking the majestic ocean. Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Kai! The condo had everything we could want and need. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai every morning and watched many sunsets there too. The location is great with lots of beach to walk on south of the condo, restaurants, grocery store and food truck park all within walking distance. We would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Maui!

Great Condo - Beautiful Location

We enjoyed the location and found the condo unit to be well suited for our getaway vacation to Maui. It is conveniently located, making easy access to everything in West Maui. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Maui. Sitting out on the lanai was amazing, feels like you are just sitting over the water with an endless ocean view of Molokai and Lanai and at night was an amazing place to star gaze. The couple that manages the building were lovely and since they live onsite, were readily available to answer questions.

We frequently travel to Maui and this condo is by far one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The perfect location for whale watching, right on the beach with spectacular views. Conveniently close to shopping, downtown Lahaina, and just a short walk to dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Amazing views

MK 504 is a great place to stay. The views are stunning and is located next to the elevators for easy access. The condo is nicely updated, is well stocked, walking distance to the beach and grocery store. There are food trucks located a short walk from the Maui Kai. The unit was quiet and comfortable. Bring your polarized sunglasses and watch the turtles from the lanai.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was wonderful. It was the perfect location. Being at the north end of the beach away from some of the more busy resorts made it very quiet most of the time. It's the resort closest to the beach, so you have no obstructed view. We sat on the lanai every morning and watched the waves, turtles, and whales. Everything inside the condo was great as well. Had one small issue when we arrived and they came out to fix it right away. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back.

Beautiful View with a Great Location

Overall, the condo was in very nice condition. We especially enjoyed taking our meals on the balcony watching the ocean and spotting an occasional turtle swimming by. The appliances were up to date and the bed was comfortable. The property grounds were well taken care of and the bbq/swimming pool area was in great condition. The only negative was that the shower leaked and the a/c was a bit noisy.

Perfect for a couple with spectacular ocean views!

This condo is the perfect place to stay if it's a couple sharing the place.. it's a modern and very clean unit with sliding doors that open up to the open ocean view. The kitchen was fully equipped with supplies to make meals and the large kind bed was quite comfortable! There are beach coolers, nice towels, beach chairs and even some water toys. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. My perfect stays also is great when it comes to service and communication. Mahalo!

Wonderful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property in Maui!! The location is perfect!! It's not as crowded as other areas, yet has everything you would need within in walking distance (The food trucks so close are an added bonus). We particular enjoyed watching the sunsets (and whales) from the lanai as the condo jets out into the ocean farther than any other on the point. The condo itself was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. We were very happy we rented this property and would rent it again should we ever return to Maui.

We had a great time here. Perfectly slept our family off four and the views are amazing. The only downside was the kitchen was not well stocked (would have been nice to have a pizza stone or baking sheet) and we were only provided four towels. It would have been nice to have two each but we understand it’s just more laundry. Overall we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Ocean Front Piece of Paradise

What a find! My husband and my two teen boys stayed here. It was well appointed and was a great location. The lanai that was basically on top of the ocean was an ideal place to watch the sunrise over coffee, the sunset with wine all while watching turtles sway in the surf. We found very welcomed hidden treasures including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and snorkel equipment! We’ll be back!!
