The only downside might be the stairs that go upstairs to the bedrooms- just be aware if you have little kids or mobility challenged folks. Otherwise it met our needs!

Great little getaway

The Condo was great! We checked in easily and had no issues whatsoever. Near a grocery store and a few other amenities, plus near the highway to get around easily.

Perfect for our trip!

We came in for a quick three days, the house was perfect for our family of 5! So close to the grocery and a few little restaurants. Easy to get to and venture around the neighborhood. Clean and as expected, check in was easy as was the checkout process.

Great set up & location

Our stay was great, the location is good and was close to our friends we were visiting so that was nice! My only suggestion would be to have a side tables or maybe a small coffee table in living area◡̈ - not a big deal but we would drink our coffee in morning on sofa and didn’t have a place to set our cup! Ha Overall a Great place and comfy beds!!

Great with few exceptions

This was perfect for what we needed. We had a booth at the NC State Fairgrounds and needed a place for employees to stay. For the price, we couldn't be more pleased. It was clean, communication was great, proximity to the fairgrounds couldn't be better. We had an issue that we noticed at check in and very quickly the problem was resolved - that was very much appreciated. There are a few things to note that I didn't see in the listing, which may make this rental less than ideal. I noticed in another review that it is a two story townhome - not a problem for us, but may be for others. The upstairs has two large bedrooms (which were great) and one small full bath. Downstairs is open-concept with a living room, eating area for 6 people, small kitchen, closet laundry space, and a tiny half bath. There is only about 16" of clearance between the door jam and the corner of the 1/2 bath vanity. If you are a larger person, you will not be able to access the toilet and the only other option is to use the one upstairs. There were no side tables/coffee table in the living - only one side board under the tv - which gave you no place to sit anything when you were seated in the room. That would be a helpful addition. Overall, and for our purposes, a great stay. We are considering staying again later in the year.

Weekend stay

Fleetwood’s place was exactly as described and shown in the listing/photos. Fleetwood was also a very gracious host with excellent communication and flexibility with a few special requests. Would recommend this place. Comfortable and clean.

Not the best for families

Check in was easy and the downstairs looked just like the pictures. Parking is conveniently located right out the front door. I didn’t realize this is a 2-story unit, which was complicated for our 2y/o. The condo had really strong air fresheners that could be smelled outside the unit. We unplugged one just to make it a bit more tolerable. The neighborhood is noisy at night. Traffic and loud neighbors/music made it tough for kiddos to sleep through the night. The condo has some nice updates, but the floors and stairs creak loudly. Again that would only matter if traveling with toddlers. The toughest part for us was the freezer was said to fridge mode (never knew that was a thing!). I nearly lost two days of breast milk that started thawing IN the freezer. I was able to figure out how to switch it back but that was nearly a disaster. We won’t stay here again with kiddos, but the space and location could be good for adults who want a close drive to the airport.

Great experience!

The apartment was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. CheckIng in and out was easy, and communication from Fleetwood (our host) was lightning fast and super helpful.

Super clean, quiet and comfortable

We stayed for a long weekend and even extended our stay an extra day. Communication with Fleetwood was wonderful…quick responses and pleasant. The beds are super comfortable with nice sheets!! Great kitchen…you could cook a really nice meal there. Location was close to NC State which was where we wanted to be. My only complaint was the strong air fresheners. While it was a pleasant smell, we had to unplug them. If you are sensitive to smells, just ask Fleetwood to remove them ahead of time. That’s it! Overall a great stay! I would stay again.

Cute, clean, and comfortable.

Super cute little place with everything you need. Walking distance to the store and everything you need. Target is 9 mins in two directions. Very close to the highway. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are nice. Check in was very easy and the host leaves easy directions and a guide inside the home. Each room has a big tv with very clean sheets and comfortable beds. It suited our needs perfectly.

Good Enough

Overall experience is okay. Restrooms were really small. Kitchen was decent for small tasks. Utensils and appliances were great. Carpet was very old. Vents in bathrooms will give you headache. Location was okay. Beds were okay. Home is little dusty if you are allergic to dust.

Home Away From Home

I rented this home for a senior level employee who was performing work in Cary over the course of 6 months. He (and I) couldn't be happier. It was a great home-away-from-home and we'd absolutely recommend it to others!

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommended!!

I rented Derrick's place for one of my employees while we completed a project in Cary. We rented for 4 months and have renewed another 2 months. Derrick has been fantastic, the condo is everything a person could need and I'd absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Location and Host

The property is just as beautiful as the pictures on the listing. We LOVE how close we were to downtown Raleigh. The location made it super convenient to really get the feel of what Raleigh has to offer. We were also able to visit NC State's campus which was a within a couple of miles. The host was super helpful and we would love to come back for longer next time!
