It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Central Air/Heat, on site parking, sleeps up to 4 and has internet and cable. It is very kid and pet friendly and features a fully fenced in back yard for your kids and pets to roam free and safe.

The kitchen did not have enough cooking utensils or pans and pots. Home needs a grill also. The neighbors dogs barked every time we walked out the back door.

Fine for a weekend getaway

Chose this location as it was affordable and fairly conveniently located. You can tell the neighborhood is being updated. This is an older home that’s had a facelift. There is brand new construction nearby as well as homes that have seen better days. Felt reasonably safe. House was comfortable. Could have used a sweep before we arrived to remove the termites that had swarmed (tis the season).

Great place! Very cute and quiet for the most part! It is near train tracks so you will hear the train but that is was not an issue for me at all! It was very clean upon arrival so I love that! The only issue I had was on the page it says “9 minutes away from the convention center” but it was actually about 20-25min away. I was only in Houston for a convention so it was a bit of a hassle but not enough that I would rank this place any lower than a four! I do have a small suggestion and that would be to get more cooking supplies because I worked with what I had but it would be nice to have all the cooking equipment I needed

Heights area Bungalow

This was a lovely bungalow for 2 and a small dog. Loved the fenced yard! Need hand rails for the front entrance. I had a 96 year old with me. Would have liked cable TV, but we managed with Netflix and U Tube. We had a very relaxing few days in a great location!

Bungalow in Houston

The house is cute and just as described. Everything was clean, and all basics (plus more) were provided. The backyard is big and a great place to have coffee each morning. Would stay here again.

Christmas Vacation

The house was clean. The furniture, linens and kitchen ware are at minimum standards. Probably ok for a night or two, but inadequate for any longer. The neighborhood is loud; dogs, train, traffic, etc. lots of fireworks on Christmas Eve. Walking our dog was dangerous business as there were so many off leashpets running around.

Great Trip

Very happy with our stay!! The house is very clean and cute. Great private deck and backyard. Accessible to all major highways and many great dining places. Would definitely book again!

Good time in Houston

This was a very clean and cozy property. It was near the highway and stores to be able to get what we need for our stay and get around town. The private yard was really nice to relax. The dogs next door barking at each other made for a bit of a tough night. Not sure if the main bedroom has a queen bed or something smaller. Still was ok, but not as expected. Left a sweet bread on the counter for breakfast and woke up to an ant party inside the bad. No idea where they came from since the place looked immaculate. The owner was super responsive in all communications. Thanks a lot for the stay and use of your place.

Fantastic little place for a weekend trip

First the ease of speaking with the owner was great. Super responsive. We showed up about 15 minutes before check-in after driving from dallas with two dogs and the code he sent me had not gone into effect yet. I called to see if we could get in early and he unlocked the house right away for us. Second perfect little house for a weekend stay, for a much better price than a hotel. Neighboorhood is somewhat rough. There are nice houses and then across the street could be a not as nice house but such is the case when staying near downtown Houston. No one bothered us and we were not fearful at all but dont be surprised as you are driving in. The house itself is perfectly fine.

Cozy Bungalow for 2 plus pet

Bungalow was very clean and yard was nice for a pet. Interior and furniture were in good condition. AC & fans good. Kitchen supplies ok but additional plates would be nice. Suggest grab bars in bathroom and hand rails on front porch. Location is convenient near loop 610 but neighborhood could be called "urban pioneer in transition" with old and new houses and narrow streets.

Amazing home beautiful/convenient area

This place was very nice inside and out amazing backyard. The area was very nice. The home was very clean and I had no issues will stay again and highly recommend for visitors that are traveling from another state and want a nice place to stay no complaints!

Houston Bungalow

House was super clean and host had fabulous communication. Very cute inside. Mattresses were SOOO clean and comfortable, a tad on the firm side but not terrible. Loved the backyard. Kitchen had very minimal cookware. I had to go to store to purchase a larger skillet because the ones that were there were to small. To me the description talking about the location being in Heights neighborhood made me feel like it would be a very nice neighborhood and it was not the best. We felt uncomfortable with the surroundings. There are nice townhouses across the street but the houses around were very run down with a lot of junk and debris around. Gated doors and windows etc. Though it was very quiet (other than the occasional train). The house and host were amazing, the neighborhood was less than anticipated.

Heights House

This is a well-kept, nicely furnished house in a super convenient location. We were visiting places downtown and in the Heights and we were a very few minutes from our destinations. It had everything we needed to stay for three days, even a fully-fenced, pretty back yard with tree frogs singing in the evenings. We will certainly visit again.

Cozy bungalow, delivered

This low frills bungalow was the perfect weekend stay in the heights area for a local celebration. Good AC, abundant towels, and functional layout made this a 5 star property for our group of 3 friends.
