Located off Spartanburg Ave which leads straight to Beach Access #9! Use the complimentary Golf Cart and park right in front of the beach access! It's so convenient! The golf cart includes free parking for all Town of CB owned spaces and lots. What a value!

Cathedral ceilings and architectural windows make this home the ideal place to take in gorgeous evening sunsets! Upscale modern furnishings & artwork throughout. Fenced-in rear yard with outdoor shower, patio and gas grill. Garage is equipped with a 6 passenger street-legal golf cart with Town of Carolina Beach parking included. (Cart is registered for parking at all Town of Carolina Beach owned parking spaces and parking lots, including Beach Access 9. Town of Kure Beach parking and privately owned spaces/lots are not included.)

First level features entrance foyer, two bedrooms & one full bath, laundry room and garage. (All bedrooms have Queen beds and smart TVs ). Master bedroom & bath are on the second level as well as the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, quaint dining area, powder room & great room. LED fireplace with ship-lap mantle and 65" flat screen smart TV are some of the highlights of the spectacular open great room with the sunset view! Enjoy an evening cocktail or entertain outside on the 2nd story covered deck with cathedral ceiling and lighting.

Did we mention VALUE? We provide a six passenger golf cart at no additional charge! (Did you know it costs $200/day to rent a golf cart on the island? Rented carts do not include free parking, but we do!)

Important Note: Drivers of the golf cart must be at least 21 years of age and have an active driver's license and automobile liability insurance policy.

Great Set Up

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. We felt that it was clean and everything was as described. The owners were very responsive. There was plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) plus our dog. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the little things such as dish detergent, extra toilet paper/paper towels, laundry detergent, etc..) They had a great set up for our dog as well with dog beds, fenced in yard, etc.) We loved having the golf cart to take into town and right down the road to the beach. Just for perspective, it’s also not too far of a walk to the beach (maybe 10-15 minutes) and we did it several times with our dog. It was a great house and we would certainly stay again if we’re in the area.

Wonderful, Relaxed Vacation

We are repeat visitors to this wonderful property. Hosts are responsive and welcoming, especially to our doggies, which is very important to my family. Home is lovely and in a great location, with a short golf cart ride away to parks, restaurants and the beach. We look forward to going yet again in the very near future! :-)

Long family weekend

Perfect home for a family and plenty of room for the dog too! We enjoyed our stay! The amenities at the house were wonderful, and we ran into an issue during our stay with the lock, and the owners of the house were very quick to respond and help out!

Great Weekend Getaway

We came to the beach from the triangle for a quick weekend trip. The house had great amenities, a perfectly stocked game cabinet, and the golf cart was the highlight of the kids trip. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We couldn't have asked for a better location and wonderful relaxing home. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk should you so desire, and just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. Great location for beach access, walking, or bike riding as the trail is one block away and is also beautifully maintained. We will not hesitate to return to this lovely property, should we find ourselfs in this area again!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Super clean and comfortable property. Loved the modern, sophisticated and uncluttered decor. Great set up for our family (2 young adult children) and dog. Golf cart was a great convenience to get to the beach (6 longish blocks) and to the pickleball courts (3 blocks). VRBO hosts were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Holiday Get Away!

We loved our time at Carolina Beach at Sea Esta! This home was equipped with everything you need and was immaculate. It was also dog friendly which was a must for this quick vacation. The local restaurants were great and we loved the home so much we chose take out most of the time so we could come home and eat in front of the fireplace. The new golf cart made for quick trips to the beach for walks with the dogs and neighborhood Christmas light cruises. We would definitely stay here again!!

Getaway!

The property was clean. A nice backyard for my fur babies. We had a dog park right down the street. We enjoyed the golf cart to go all around the town. My only thing is I wish it had blinds or window coverings on the 2nd level for the evening hours.

Great Thanksgiving Trip

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The golf cart was a wonderful way to get to the beach quickly and the fenced yard was great for our pups. The only issue was there were only 4 bath towels and very little to cook with as far as pots and utensils. There was also no first aid kits when we needed some band aids. Other than a few minor inconveniences it was great!

Great Stay!

I can honestly say this was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at. This was our first time taking our dogs with us. We are always a little hesitant to stay at places that allow others to bring their pets due to cleanliness, but this did not disappoint! Home was very clean and smelled fresh. The golf cart was really the cherry on top. We have rented in the past and that can sometimes be inconvenient with timing and pick up/drop off. I will be recommending this home to others and we will be back!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed this property. Modern decor. Very clean. We slept in two of the beds and so comfortable! What initially attracted us to this listing was the fenced in yard. We have two rescue beagles that really enjoyed the freedom since we are in a condo that requires them to always be leashed and walked. We loved how accommodating it was for our dogs. Beds, treats, toys, water dishes…. The gulf cart was a plus too. It was too cold to walk to the beach during our stay so that was a quicker alternative with a blanket. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach rental!

We had an amazing time staying in Carolina Beach and the rental was just as advertised. Very well appointed and decorated with everything you might need. Beds were comfortable but pillows not the most supportive (we normally bring our own but forgot). Great outdoor shower and fenced backyard for our dog. Unusual layout with 2 bedrooms and full bath downstairs and primary bedroom upstairs with living area and kitchen but seems typical for many beach rentals here. Also, nearby walking/bike and playground/dog park were nice amenities. Very quiet and safe neighborhood (never heard anything from neighbors besides occasionally dog barking) just 6 blocks to the beach. Easily walkable but the golf cart was a huge plus and we used it often. Beach access #9 had designated golf cart parking so very convenient. Chair/umbrella rentals also could be set up in advance or purchased on the spot. Also about a mile ride to the boardwalk and many restaurants. We ate at Michael's, Havana, Nollie's Taco Joint (best tacos and burritos we've ever had), Carolina Smokehouse, and Butts N Such and would highly recommend all of them. Boardwalk rides were a bit pricey so I wouldn't waste time on them again. Also all spots there are metered so had to pay $5/hour. Overall, a great vacation at Carolina Beach and I would definitely recommend staying at this home.

We've been coming here for several years and it's always a wonderful stay! House is close to everything ie the beach, greenway, and playgrounds plus the golf cart makes it easy to get around. The house is clean and comfortable; the fenced in backyard is great for the pups. We'll be back in the spring!

Great Vacation Spot

The property was great and the location was just right for us. It is close to the greenway and close to the beach so walking the dogs was so easy and with the fenced in back yard it was easy to let them out quickly when needed. We really enjoyed the clean spaces and full size showers and the kitchen was fun to eat in as a family too.

Beautiful and clean

We loved our stay! Our pup felt especially welcomed and accommodated. Only suggestions would be better/thicker toilet paper, and a stool for shaving in the shower.

Dog Friendly Rental

This property was clean and very well stocked! The yard had real grass and plenty of area for the dogs to do their business and wash off after a walk on the beach. With having the use of the 6 person golf cart to use, we rarely needed to use our vehicles. Very nice location!

My husband and I have two silver labs who adore the beach. For several years, we had been coming to Carolina Beach since it is so charming and dog friendly. After renting various properties in the area, we came to the realization that it was very difficult to find a really nice "dog friendly" place to stay. If pets were allowed, generally speaking, the rentals were mediocre at best. That's when we decided to build our beautiful beach home "Sea Esta" and make it available to other responsible dog families. I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience hosting dog owners and their pups. They have taken very good care of our home and we are very grateful!

If you love modern architecture, clean lines and simplicity in furniture and decor, you will fall in love with Sea Esta.
