Ideally located, not far from the Prè ski lift (500m) with ski pass sales ticket office and ski shop / restaurants. Possibility of walks and cross-country ski / snowshoe trail.

1st resort in Tarentaise, located 20 minutes by car from Moûtiers train station (73600), 1 hour from Chambéry and 2 hours from Lyon or Geneva airport.

Numerous après-ski activities (snack gliss; zip line; mountain-kart; funny-ball; dog sledding; paragliding; electric snowmobile; trapper's aperitif...)

Surface area of about 130m², house on 4 levels, entrance with corridor giving access to bedroom n° 1 (with shower room, wardrobe, 1 double bed 160x190), ski room and separate WC.

* Upstairs, equipped kitchen open to the main room (dining/living/living area) with access to the terrace, magnificent view of the valley (raclette and fondue machine / 2 filter coffee makers or tassimo pods)
* On the second floor, landing leading to bedroom n° 2 with window and balcony access, 1 bed of 160*190 and 1 bunk bed 90x190, separate shower room, WC and relaxation room with books and board games.
* On the top floor, bedroom n° 3 partly under the sloping roof with velux, 1 bed 140x190 and storage space. Bedroom n° 4 partly in the birch forest, with 1 bunk bed 3 places 90x190 and a window on the corridor.
