Our "west of the trail" home is right across from the bay/marina and just minutes to Siesta Key, where you will find the world famous Siesta Key Beach as well as our favorite, Turtle Beach! The location of this home is perfect as it is close to absolutely everything! Within minutes you can get to restaurants, parks, grocery stores, coffee/cafes, and much much more!

This family friendly 3 bed 2 bath single family home has a beautiful private screened pool with a large yard. Home comes fully equipped for a perfect beach/pool sunny Florida vacation!

We recently purchased this home, so all bedding/linens/appliances/furniture are all new. The tile flooring throughout ensure a clean stay and are perfect for those sandy toes! Whether you are looking for a fun filled adventure of a day or a relaxing poolside afternoon, our home has just what you are looking for. You can enjoy your morning coffee out by the pool, cook a large breakfast, or just swing by one of your favorite spots for a bite to eat before going to the beach.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes all cutlery, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ice-maker, microwave, and of course the all-important coffee-maker (Keurig) for those early wake-ups! The kitchen features an eat-in bar with 2 stools. Plus, you can take care of any of your laundry needs in the utility room, which includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The living room features a large very comfortable sectional with a 50" Smart flat screen TV to watch all of your favorite shows. This leads into the dining room and the enclosed lanai that goes out to the beautiful caged pool with eating area and loungers!

The master bedroom has a king bed, 50” flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dressing area that leads directly out to pool.

In the guest bedroom there is a queen bed and walk in closet.

A third bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed with a trundle that can sleep up to 5 kids! Both bedrooms share access to a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and ample parking.

Great stay!

We had a very comfortable stay! The pool was great and we loved the master bath. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to everything. Messages were responded to promptly. We would book again.

Perfect place to relax

There were 4 of us at this rental and it was perfect for our needs. The beach was a little far but it all worked out. We truly enjoyed this house.

Fun with Family

First let me say that if these small items were resolved I would stay here again. This house has many positives such as a newly remodeled master suite with a fantastic bath and hall (kids') bath. Showers are a very nice touch with tilework and pebble floors. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and really loved the location as it is close to everything that we were looking to do. Tv had broken screen in one bedroom, furnace filter clogged to the point the air wouldn't keep up (I am a remodeling contractor so once I removed the filter the home was actually too cold), pool was not maintained to normal florida weekly standards, dishwasher had not been opened in some time. I feel like these are very small items that could use some attention and did not deter me and my family from enjoying our vacation. These issues were not even big enough to contact anyone about. As I said before I would absolutely book this property again and my kids loved it as well. I planned on a trip to the store beforehand but no paper products, trash bags, or Keurig cups were on site.

The property was just like what was advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked which made it easier to cook meals. The master bathroom was gorgeous. We had a great time.

AMAZING stay!

First off, the house is just wonderful! It's spacious and open which we loved! The pool area was great, there was a grill which we used. We noticed little accommodations which were so thoughtful: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, baby playpen, baby pool float, board games, beach towels, all the cutlery and plates and cookware you would need, condiments... The showers were incredible! The pillows!!!! We forgot to check what kind they were but they were great! The location is nice! It's minutes from beaches and shops without being in the center of it all which we liked because the area the house is in is quiet. It's sooo quiet. 20/10 would recommend! Ashley answered ALL the questions I had right away! Great spot!

Beautiful and cozy

So cute and comfortable. There were so many little extras, we probably could have made a vacation just out of staying right there. Having a pool was so convenient and my kids had a blast with it. We had a great stay and it was so nice to have a little place to retreat at the end of the day.

Home fit us perfectly

Easy to book & owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. The home was cosy & comfortable. Very nice inside & the neighborhood was quiet & quaint. We were close to everywhere we wanted to be. We enjoyed the pool and relaxation we were looking for.

Had a few hiccups with the listing. Just wish there is a better way to communicate with the host. A 10 am check-out is difficult when the host wants the bedding to be washed.

Perfection!

This house was perfect for our family! We had 3 adults and 2 kids. The house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. It is very close to Siesta Beach. We were in Sarasota for a swim meet at the Selby Aquatic Center. It was very close. If you are coming for a meet, we HIGHLY recommend this house! The pool was clean and nice. Someone came to check the chemicals and clean the pool as routine maintenance during our stay. Ashley was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for kids

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay and had plenty of room for the five kiddos. The pool is wonderful and the remodel of the master bath is a must see. Would definitely book again.

Great location, fun for all ages

The house was just as advertised. It was in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. This was a family and friend trip and it was so much fun. Having our own pool and not having to worry about the kids being too rowdy or loud was a big relief. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The property manager, Ashley was super helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Sparkling pool house minutes from Siesta Key and Lido!

We write our reviews from a visitor stand point but we are also vrbo hosts ourselves. The house was perfect for us we traveled with our kids and my inlaws. The house is spacious with 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and screened porch for outdoor living. The home was comfortable for the 7 of us. The home had several items that was nice to have for a toddler like a highchaor, toys and i believe a crib was available. The neighborhood was quite and clean. The pool was sparkling clean. One huge pro for this home was they supplied many supplies that most weekly rentals don't include for example; dish soap, trashbags, paper goods. The host Ashley had great communication and was helpful with making some recreational recomendations. A few areas for improvement or attention; They supply a Keurig but no coffee pot, the Keurig was slow and not ideal for a house full of coffee drinkers. The line to the propane on the grill seems to have a leak. The master bedroom blanket smelled like dog, we washed it. Took forever to dry, I'd recommend a lite quilt instead for quicker turn around with Washing/drying times. To make sure cleaning people are washing inbetween guest. Overall we are giving a 5 star review. We enjoyed our time here.

Happy vacationers!

Ashley was very kind and very quick to respond to our needs. The air went out and she didn’t miss a beat! Someone was there and working on in in no time at all. The house itself is beautiful, the pool was awesome! She had everything available to us… over and beyond the basics! The 4 teenage grandkids loved everything about the home… Thanks again for making this vacation one of the best!

SURPRISINGLY DISAPPOINTED

The advertised pictures showed the pool with crystal clear, clean water. Upon arrival we found the pool in terrible condition. The water was green, mildew all over the sides and not even able to see the bottom of the pool, 4 ft down. We messaged the owner and they did make a prompt effort to send a pool service company out, and they determined that the pools chemicals and filter maintenance had not been kept up with, so they performed a shock chorine treatment, after a shock treatment, swimming is not permitted for 24 hours. The following day we anticipated the water was going to be ready to swim, but were again disappointed to find it had not changed at all and was still green. The pool service company came out again the following day and applied more chemicals, a clarifier which also did not help. The following evening, the pool service company came out yet again and determined the water was still low on chemical and added another shock chlorine treatment, making the water un-swimmable for another 24 hours, after another day the water was still disgusting and the sides were still covered in mildew. Out of a 6 night stay, we braved the water only once on the final evening and immediately showered after getting out. Aside from this, the windows looking out to the pool as well as the patio table we’re covered in grim to the point that we had to clean them ourselves, leaving paper towels almost black. In addition, the hosts locked the thermostat to not go below 72 degrees. Due to the fact that this property came out be almost $1000 more than than other properties in the area that did not have a pool, and the pool being the primary reason we booked this location, we felt a fair refund was in order, but were again disappointed when the host only offered to refund $125 only if we provided a good review. Overall we were very disappointed with the property, as it had so much potential.

We absolutely love warm weather and take any chance we get to bring our kiddos on an adventure! We have been vacationing in Florida for years and when my dad moved there about 4 years ago, we knew we would eventually buy something for ourselves. We love everything Sarasota has to offer - beaches, parks, shopping, and all of the waterfront restaurants! Some of our personal favorites are Turtle Beach, Siesta Key Village, the Sarasota Farmers Market (Saturdays), Mote Aquarium, Myakka State Park, Big Cat Habitat, Bayfront park, and Big Top and Calusa Breweries just to name a few!

We were looking for a property west of the trail (41), as close to Siesta as possible! We love the beach and with 4 little ones, we wanted it to be easy to get there! :) A pool was also a must as we all absolutely love the water and those FL days can get hot!
