Anita and Nick were exceptional hosts. Not only were they quickly responsive to several questions we had during our stay, they went totally out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and fully able to enjoy our vacation. We have stayed in numerous properties over the years and I mean it when i say these folks are exceptional. 10/10 will book again.

No internet for the whole stay. Host tried to accommodate but no luck. They then offered us a partial refund for the inconvenience but when we asked for it at the end, we got no replies. The house is beautiful and clean but there are some safety issues. The front gate is not locked so anybody can walk into the property and you wouldn’t know. The mattresses are uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The listing show ice maker and there was no ice.

Has *everything* you'd need and beautiful private landscaping surrounding the backyard. They even had a little owl. We had trouble with the dishwasher and they came immediately to fix it. Had a wonderful time!

Beach vacation

This house was perfect for us. I traveled with my 2 teenagers. They wanted there space with no headaches. The house was close to so many beaches, entertainment, restaurants. The pool and house were just as described. Such a private setting truly a relaxing place. All house hold amenities to make the stay comfortable and clean..very Clean!! The pool was perfect at any hour of the day! The hosts were great, easy communication and check in and out....highly recommend!!

Sarasota stay

The house itself and pool area is fantastic! The house is very open and the outside area is great for relaxing. Lots of space. It is a gated house which I liked, but I did not like that it was held together by a bungee cord that we had to take on and off every time we came and went. I would have also appreciated knowing the schedule of when maintenance people were coming to the home as most of the windows are uncovered without blinds.

Nice and comfortable

The house is absolutely clean and nice. Bedroom is larger than we expected and well ventilated. Communication with host is easy and accommodative for any special requests at the last minute.We enjoyed the stay in Anita's property and want to come to her place again in near future. Without any reservations we are highly recommending this flat for the people who are keen on quality.

Baby moon getaway

We enjoyed our time here for my babymoon. Very comfortable and in a convenient location. Owners were responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Short family Vacation

My family had a great vacation while staying at Nick and Anita’s place. The property was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We had so much fun using the pool and snuggling into the couch to watch movies. It was also handy to have some games and activities around for my 3 year old daughter. Would highly recommend the property to others.

Spring Break 2025

The house was perfect for our stay and the heated pool was an added bonus. Location to the beach was an easy short drive each day. The house had everything we needed. We highly recommend and will be back!!

We booked this beautiful home for our joint Babymoon trip. The house is very spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor space is perfect. The home is located within 10 minutes of local shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot in Sarasota

The pool area is fabulous! We loved watching March Madness basketball on the outdoor big screen TV while hanging out in the pool. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. While it is on a major road, you’d never know because it is gated, quiet and private. The owners are very responsive. Highly recommend!

Awesome Memories Made

Extremely clean Everything needed was provided including beach chairs, ice chest and even a tool to sift for shells and sharks teeth. Between my grandson and I we found 162 sharks teeth at the beach.

Great house in good location

House was in a great location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, not far from downtown and beach. It was well stocked and had a good layout. The backyard was wonderful with the pool and tv/sitting area. It is on a busy road but it’s gated and the yard feels very secluded. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We had the best time at this property! It was very clean, serene with all of the beautiful landscaping surrounding the property and pool and loved the modern amenities. It is a short drive to everything in Sarasota. They are very responsive and helpful when there is an issue. I would highly recommend any family to stay here.

Great property minutes from siesta key beach

What a beautiful and clean house. 5 minutes form the beaches and several restaurants and plenty of space for the family. Definitely recommend to anyone!

This was a great place to stay at with my family. The place was very spacious and clean. The pool was a great amenity to have on the hot days. Anita & Nick were very responsive during our stay. The multiple big screen TVs were a nice to have while relaxing by the pool or inside. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

We stayed at this wonderful house with a total of 6 people, my husband and I, our two young boys (age 3.5 & 6), and my parents and it was perfect! It felt “home-y” the second we walked in, and we were extremely comfortable the whole time. The house is set up exactly how we’d want it with the master on one side separated by the living area and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the other. We felt safe within the fenced and gated home, especially since it’s located on a busy road - which was fine with us because of the convenience of getting place - it was only a mile from a Publix for groceries and about 10 minutes from the beach! There were tons of things we could bring with us to the beach - chairs, a wagon for hauling (amazing!) and toys for the kids. It made all the difference!! Also, Siesta Key beach was so beautiful - we learned it has the whitest sand in the world! When we were at the house our kids lived in the pool, which was kept up perfectly and didn’t irritate our kids skin with over-powering chlorine chemicals. It was the perfect temperature too! We also loved the TV on the patio. We watched shows while enjoying the pool and hanging out before going to bed. There were only a few suggestions we sent to Anita and Nick on things we would like (ie. Extra pillows, laundry basket, meat thermometer - all so minor!!), ans if we make our way back to Sarasota we will definitely stay again!

End of summer vacation

Wonderful stay!

The pictures didn't show or describe how wonderful the house was. We absolutely loved it. Very private and spacious. Everything was extremely comfortable. Would love to stay again
