It features an entrance with a closet, a main living area with a sofa bed (clic-clac) and a flat-screen TV, opening onto a balcony with a partial sea view. The recently renovated kitchen corner includes a stove with a vitroceramic hob and electric oven, an extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, and a fridge with freezer compartment.
A sleeping alcove with a 140 cm bed, separated by a curtain, and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the space.
Relax on the balcony with a refreshing drink and enjoy the peaceful surroundings!
For your convenience, the apartment includes a private parking space.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
