Welcome to your charming little hideaway on the 4th floor of the Les Dunes de Nauzan residence.
Everything here is designed to offer you a relaxing and comfortable stay, whether you’re traveling solo or as a couple.
Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner vitro cooktop, microwave, tabletop fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster – perfect for preparing breakfast before heading to the beach.
The living area, decorated in a contemporary style, features a wall-bed sofa with a 140 cm fold-down bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy dining area.
The bathroom includes a toilet, electric towel warmer, and a washing machine, ideal for a fully independent stay.
There’s no outdoor space here… but Nauzan Beach is just a 2-minute walk away! You really can’t get any closer.
For your convenience, the apartment also includes private parking space No. 12.
The building has an elevator.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
