Huge 4 Bedroom, Beach Block Condo with Pool and 3 Parking Spaces

Now renting for a 2 night minimum in the off season and weekly only rentals starting July 6th 2025 (Saturday to Saturday). We rent to families, and groups of adults over 25 years old only (we do not allow pets please). Please do not contact us if you want to rent for a party under 25. We are a small condo association and cannot rent to groups under 25 years old. We consider our condo a home and our family uses it as well, so its very important to us that its taken care of***Off season renters, here is your spot. 15 minutes to Cape May for all the great shops and restaurants. Wildwood also has many great restaurants open in the off season too!* Located on 25th Avenue and Surf this very large 4 bedroom 2 full bath top floor condo is all on one level. The balcony overlooks the heated pool of this popular complex (Pool opens Memorial day weekend and closes October 1st). Get to the beach and Morey's Pier without crossing any streets from this beach block location. We are located in the back of the complex so you are close to the action yet can retreat to the quiet of the condo off the main street. Sleeps up to 15 people and offers garage access for beach gear. We offer beach chairs, beach toys, and 2 adult bikes in the garage for you to use! The unit provides 3 parking spaces, (2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway). The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the unit. There is also a separate beverage refrigerator in the dining room area. 3 of the bedrooms have newly installed ceiling fans and there is a portable fan in the 4th bedroom. All bedrooms have new pillows and quilts. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has a set of bunk beds with a trundle, so that is 3 single beds in that room. There are also 2 cots and a pull out couch with a double bed. There is room for the whole family! Note***sheets and towels, and paper products
are NOT provided. This is a top floor condo so there are stairs required to get to the unit.***

Pool was heated it was a plus. Close to boardwalk and beach. Wish they added linens to the cost. Access to bikes a plus. A lot of stairs , bike need a little maintenance.

Great Place Close to the Beach

This was a great place to stay with 10 ladies for a Bachelorette weekend! We stayed 3 nights and there was plenty of space. Place was clean, was very close to the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family spot

We had a perfect summer vacation. Enough space in the living room, dining room and kitchen for 5 adults and 3 kids. Bedrooms nicely done and massive master suite Dom was very responsive when we had a neighborhood power outage ( lasted about 15 min). Short walk to the boardwalk and beach is great. Pool got crowded some days and almost no one other days Loved our stay

Perfect Spot for a Bachelorette Weekend!We had the most amazing time staying at this condo for our bachelorette weekend! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of space for all of us. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to enjoy both relaxing and going out. The host was super responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience stress-free. Locals were very nice. Highly recommend for any girls’ getaway—wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great time in the offseason.

Very clean property and very large. Even though it was the offseason during our stay there was still a few shops and restaurants open so we had fun while we werent at the convention center wrestling.

Perfect Stay

The house was exactly as advertised if not better. Huge space with enough room for a full family plus friends. We had a great time and enjoyed every second. So close to everything but some how soundproof and could sleep well at night. Great stay!!

GREAT Spot

This property was PERFECT for our Girl Scout troop. Large communal area open space with the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, 4 good size bedrooms. Very clean, good space. I would rent again with our troop or my family!

Perfect Shore Getaway

Our stay at Dominick’s place was fantastic! From the stellar communication to the on-site accommodations, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. If you’re looking for a spacious shore house that’s one block from the boardwalk, I would highly recommend.

Convention center Competition stay

The property is very well cared for and very spacious. There are a significant number of steps leading up to the unit which made carrying heavier luggage and water more challenging. We would def rent this unit again.

Great Location

The Condo was clean and beautiful! The access to the beach was easy and close (only half of a block). Make sure to bring toilet paper as there was none there upon arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked!! Great place! Would stay there again!
