Welcome to Deerfield Beach ! Check into this gorgeous remodeled condo 1 block from the beach! Beautiful pool with Tiki Hut, BBQ and view of the ocean from the terrace pool deck . Gorgeous remodeled 1 bedroom apt full kitchen with pots and pans ,silverware ,plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cutting boards coffee maker, toaster ,microwave, new Stanley steel appliances, hurricane windows ,new split AC units in living room and bedroom
Living room has 52 inch smart TV and bedroom has 32 inch smart TV .There is a sofa bed and two queen beds in the bedroom ,new updated bathroom . You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks and Fishing Pier!
We offer a free beach chairs ,umbrellas and beach towels , for a small amount money you can rent bikes from us and hop on for a ride! Enjoy a beautiful view of pool and courtyard Colorful Beach towels -Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with bar soap & shampoo/conditioner ,Iron and Ironing Board -Hair Dryer -Free high speed internet throughout the building and ceiling fans
The car is not necessary ,but there is on parking spot assign for each condo
Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton
Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo ,same Boca Parks red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride There are 10 restaurant walking distance from the Condo.

Great little appt

We loved that the unit itself was set back and sitting on the patio felt secluded and more private. Overall very clean and happy with our stay.One mile from the pier is very walkable.

Quiet and Close to the beach

The condo was just the right size for my husband and I. We loved that it was so close to the water, it made morning sunrise walks on the beach a breeze. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place, great area

The location is really great---near the beach but very quiet block. The kitchen was well stocked but also had ample room to store items guests might want to bring. The pool and patio area is a great bonus as well!

Location was great but the place needs maintenance. Ice machine didnt work, bedroom ceiling light didnt work, bedroom lamp on the night stand was broken, toilet paper holder was not secure and continued to fall off. Bathroom door dragged on the tile. When i reported the issues, their response was the place was fully checked out before we arrived. Really! They delivered ice trays two days after check in, they spent 8 hours in my room trying to fix the ceiling light and never could fix it, they fixed the nightstand lamp. When i go on vacation, i dont expect to have things broken and manage repair people in my unit. I will not rent from them again.

The guests arrived with unrealistic expectations, expecting a 6-star hotel experience with daily cleaning services, which were clearly stated as not being offered. On the first night, the ceiling fan stopped working and was repaired promptly the following day. A table lamp was fully functional prior to check-in; however, the guests knocked it over and broke it, then attempted to claim it was not working upon arrival. The ice machine was operating properly, but because it did not produce ice quickly enough for their preference, additional ice trays were provided to accommodate them. Throughout their stay, I checked in multiple times, and the guests stated everything was great and that they were enjoying their time. The condo and building are well maintained, and all items are inspected and tested before every check-in. They traveled with a dog and did not follow house rules. They failed to clean up after the pet and left the unit in poor condition, with dog food and excessive dog hair throughout the unit, including on the couch and bedding, despite being informed that pets are not allowed on furniture. I would not recommend hosting these guests unless you are able to provide luxury hotel-level services, as their expectations did not align with the listing or house rules.

Perfect location

Second visit to this complex, stayed upstairs last time, room downstairs exactly the same as upstairs, very clean on arrival , could do with a lick of paint in places but I’m sure if they get a free week it will be done. Perfect location, 20 minutes walk along the front into town where the restaurants are, 30 minutes walk to the cove where there are more restaurants and shops, plus 3 pubs/bars, so you have everything you need. We stayed for two weeks , some lovely guests were here, we had a great time again and would definitely come back. Great communication at all times with the host can’t fault anything, I can definitely recommend this host and property

PROPERTY VERY NICE APT NEEDS QUITE A BIT OF HELP IN CLEANLINESS. Most of kitchen items dirty. Floor dirty. I had the same problem last time. I am sorry to say i will not be returning. EVEN THOYFH I STILL HAD A GREAT TIME.

Deerfield Beach April 2025

We had a very stay. Condo was as presented on VRBO. Communication with Gino was excellent and he is very responsive. On our first trip to the beach Sunday morning we found the beach umbrella was broken, within 30 minutes Gino delivered a brand new umbrella to us. That was excellent customer service.My only suggestion would be to provide or have available upon request a beach wagon. All the parking in Deerfield Beach is pay only. The beach is a very walkable distance probably 15 min to the main area near food and restrooms. However when carrying 2 chairs, an umbrella a cooler and a beach bag its a lot! We did it once and the remainder of the week we paid to park each day. At night there is a local shuttle which is available to to take to restaurants and shopping. Other than that it was a very good stay! Thanks Gino

Difficult experience

The location is great and a quick walk to the beach. However, when I arrived, my room was not clean and the beds were unmade. I contacted management who apologized and offered me another room which I declined because it had an odor of smoke. The manager gave me new sheets and bedding and towels and assured me the maid would arrive the next morning. Happily, the maid cleaned the room and I was reimbursed the cleaning fee. On my last day, the bathroom flooded because of a plumbing issue and I was unable to take a shower in my room. The manager said I could take a shower in the other room that I declined. The situation was dealt with and a plumber did fix the problem. I have visited this place many times and it’s the first time I had a problem. Not sure I will return.

Good location with a heated pool

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the heated pool just outside the property. The communication with the owner was good and prompt. We had an issue of the property not being clean when we arrived. However the condo was cleaned next morning.
