SUN, SURF & FUN!!! Your home away from home; we would love to have you!

A beautiful 4 bedroom townhome featuring a private pool and is a 1 minute walk from the beach. The property features outside security cameras monitoring the entrance driveway and over the pool area for the safety, security and piece of mind of our guests. The inside of the property features an updated kitchen with numerous aminities provided, dining, living area, 1/2 bath and bedroom on the first floor. A Master en suite with balcony over looking the pool; two spacious and comfortable sized bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom between them, are located on the 2nd floor. There are washers and dryers upstairs and in the garage area. For convenience, a second refrigerator is in the garage. The interior of the home has been updated and well cared for. The furnishings are of great quality and have a nice coastal vibe! The Dollar General Store and Blackbeard's Restaurant are within walking distance. The Blue Marlin grocery store is a 4/5 minute drive from the property.

Annual family vacay

This was our 3rd time staying at this amazing home. It’s perfectly appointed with everything you may need. The walk to the beach is super easy and the pool at the end of a long day at the beach is so relaxing!

Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen was fully equipped for whatever you would like to make. Jennifer was the absolute best and was so helpful with all the information the she provided. I wish every VRBO property was like this one! I could go on & on with all the wonderful things this vacation and property did for our family. Thank you does seem like enough. I hope we can make it back some day to enjoy again with our crazy schedules. I would not look anywhere else & book this property!!

Jenn was so open and willing to provide recommendations, and goes above and beyond to welcome her guests and provide whatever was needed! We were blown away with everything she includes at her rental and we HIGHLY recommend this property and the hostess! 5 all the way!

Annual SPI trip

We travel every year for a week to SPI we have family in the valley and over the past 20 years we have stayed just about everywhere. This place is hands down the best we have ever stayed in. Great location to beach and well maintained!!

Beautiful property with only a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean, comfortable, and extremely well supplied. Jennifer, the host, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We hope to return again soon!

Exceptional vacation rental

First of all, I’d give this VRBO 10 stars if I could. My wife, Kathy, and I spent the entire month of April 2025 at Jennifer and Randy Stout’s wonderful VRBO. The rental is exactly as it is pictured on the VRBO web site. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and modern appliances. Jen keeps a pantry well stocked with various kitchen needs, like foil, zip-lock bags, cooking oils and sprays, and all the spices you’d ever need. The rental was also stocked with an initial supply of coffee K-Cups, and charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill. The rental has its own private pool, which is perfectly maintained. And this rental is just a short 3-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of South Padre Island. Restaurants and coffee shops are also within walking distance. But what makes this such a great VRBO rental is Jen Stout herself. She is a fantastic host, and will check in periodically just to see how everything is going at the rental. She and her husband Randy enjoy sharing their home with their guests. Renting from Jen and Randy was a very enjoyable experience and we looking forward to renting from them again.

Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful vacation and we really enjoyed our stay here! Our family plus our dogs had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful home. The setting was peaceful, clean and relaxing. The home was well kept and very spacious. We will definitely be staying here again!

Best rental we have ever had!!

The host communicated early and greeted us with open arms!! If you are planning a trip to South Padre, I would highly suggest this property. It was home away from home. Close to public beach access so you do not need to worry about fining parking. Everything you will need to enjoy your vacation is here! This property was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice home, beautifully decorated, conveniently located to beach, stores and dining options. Upper level bedrooms allowed for kitchen and pool at entry level. Large garage with everything we needed for our stay. 5 stars plus

Family vacation

This place was amazing, especially for family reunions. Highly recommend. Jennifer the host was so easy to get along with. The pool canapy was perfect for after beach time, or for just hanging out at night. The unit has washer/dryer in garage for beach towels, also washer/dryer upstairs for other items. The overall experience was amazing. Will definitely rent here again. Restaurants: Our family loved The Meatball Cafe and Coffee - Books - Sandwich. If you drink coffee this is the place to go. Long lines, definitely worth the wait! Thank you so much Jennifer!! The Stone Family.

Perfect Vacation

This house has it all! There wasn't a single thing that I would change. Jennifer has thought of it all and made our stay amazing. The location to the beach is perfect and easy to get to. The kitchen is fully equipped to include spare rubbermaids for leftovers! Like I said, she has thought of everything!

Exactly What We Wanted

You always hold your breath when you get to a property/stay, but this one was exactly what it claimed to be. The owner was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and the entire process was a breeze. Short walking distance to the beach, and the house was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything you need for an amazing South Padre trip

I’ve stayed at South Padre 3 other times and this property and all its amenities made this my favorite trip to South Padre by far. Beach was about a 7 minute walk from house to spot on sand at beach you can set up. The 4 bedrooms were all well equipped with everything as well great size and comfort with bedding. All beach equipment you would need including chairs, toys for kids, bodyboards for adults and kids, cooler, and inflatables for the pool area. Pool felt very private and was the perfect size to relax after the beach or just hang out all day. Great selection of classic movies on VHS and DVD, cable tv in every room as well great internet. Could not hear anything outside the house and can drown out any loud partying that might be going on nearby. Will definitely book again if we have enough people going with us.

Paradise in Padre!

Just had the greatest time in this amazing beach rental. You are at most 1 block walk from the beach access, has a great little pool in the backyard and amazing spaces inside. Our family of 5 had ample space to be together. There were plenty of games, beach/pool toys, movies et. al. for the kids to use. But most of all, this unit has maybe the nicest owners we have ever dealt with. We had significant travel issues getting down there and they were so gracious, flexible and thoughtful to us due to our scenario. They truly tried to make it feel like home. We loved our time and would absolutely 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a little slice of heaven on South Padre Island!

Even better than last year

Jen is an owner who genuinely cares about taking care of her property and her guests. I was already blown away by how nice it was from our stay last year, but this year we arrived to new, updated furniture in living room and a beautiful new dining room table. She takes so much pride in her rental property, which unfortunately isn't the case for so many others. We had a wonderful four month stay, and knew all of our needs would be taken care of, had there been any. I consider Mars to be my home-away-from-home, because that's how it feels. So cozy, and decorated so tastefully. Love hosting friends here, as they always feel as comfortable as we do. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to spend our winters. Thanks to Jen and Randy, and their generosity which is endless. Couldn't recommend this any more. I promise you will not be disappointed (except when you have to leave).

Great location for families

Even before checking in I was warmly welcomed by the owner. Check in procedure was smooth and the house is beautiful. We were a one minute walk from the beach but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Having a pool at the property made it that much more enjoyable. Owner also left a note book with notes on things to do and places to eat which made it very easy for our first visit to South Padre. Will definitely stay here on future visits.
