We had an incredible stay and this property was perfect! It was beautiful and big enough for us to spread out and all enjoy ourselves! This property was well stocked and had everything we needed! This property allowed our family the much needed rest and relaxation we were hoping for! Thank you for allowing us to create wonderful memories we will definitely rent this property again.

Overall, this rental proved an excellent choice for our family of older adults to explore Grand Teton National Park in September. The location was excellent and while we had first intended to stay in Teton Village, the Moose-Wilson Road Closure that occurred when we were in town forced us to change to this location and after visiting the area, I think this may have been the better location in the long run. It was convenient to the park and to dining in the town of Jackson. The hosts were super responsive over text, faster than I anticipated. A few things that may help others. The guest bedroom with single beds is on a top level of the rental by itself. So you enter the town home with a kitchen, living/dining area, full bath, laundry, and small outside deck on the first level, then you go upstairs to the master bedroom with small balcony and bath and guest bedroom and bath, and then walk through the guest bedroom to another set of stairs for the upper guest bedroom. There were 3 single beds in the upper guest bedroom, but one bed against the wall, which we didn't use, felt like it may be a little claustrophobic for an adult due to the angle of the ceiling. I'm sure that room is primarily used for kids, but the "kids" in my family are nearly 50. :) Some family members stayed at the house one day to watch football and noted they took a pleasant walk around the neighborhood.

Great location to Grand Tetons! North Jackson 7 minutes from airport. Living room with attached dining, kitchen, laundry, and full bath on main floor with porch in front and back. Upstairs primary bedroom with queen bed, sofa, big full bathroom and attached small balcony. Full bathroom in hallway and a King bedroom that you walk through that leads upstairs to the loft area with 3 twin beds. A little challenging for my 2 tall sons but they were happy to have a space with separate beds. Books, games and puzzles available. Host was very responsive to my concerns and supplied us with the items or maintenance that I brought to their attention.

We spent Thanksgiving here and absolutely loved the accommodations! Plenty of room for a family of six, great location, and the management crew were awesome, helpful, and friendly. We will definitely book again!

We had a great stay at the outpost. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the back deck in the evenings after a day of exploring. The location was perfect for getting around the entire area.

The house was clean, but appeared old. The table and chairs were old. The upstairs master bathroom sink drained very slowly as if it was partially clogged, but for the location and the time of year, the price was reasonable.

Teton Trip

Rimrock E was perfect in every way for our family of five adults. We loved the decor, the rooms, and especially the close proximity to the Park and Jackson. We had a resident squirrel entertain us each day on the back porch and a deer on the last day. We enjoyed having the smart TV to watch a movie every night. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the excellent communication throughout our stay.

Great location in Jackson

The property was in great location for the of town of Jackson and Grand Teton National park. We found the property clean and comfortable for our party. When we checked in we did find the refrigerator not working. The outpost staff did respond quickly and brought in a mini refrigerator but we never had a working full size refrigerator for our whole stay.

Comfortable and great location between Jackson and GTNP

Well appointed and comfortable condo that fit our family of 6 easily. Nice to have a kitchen and comfortable living area to relax. The condo was HOT and had limited airflow with the windows open and fans. This wasn’t unexpected as many mountain condos don’t have (or need) Air Conditioning, but this made the evenings a bit less comfortable. Location was great - 20 minutes to Jackson and 20 minutes to Grand Teton National Park. You’re right next to the airport and under the flight path of planes coming and going. This didn’t bother us. Hosts were very communicative and the checkin and check out process incredibly smooth. We would stay here again!

Great Condo - Great Location

We were 3 generations here for a winter trip. We skied the Tetons for 4 days, did a wildlife tour, snowmobiled into Yellowstone, did the sleigh ride on the Elk Refuge and much more. This condo was a great home base for our family. We played games at night on the oversized dining table and easily fit the entire family. We cooked dinners in the kitchen which had an overabundance of pots/pans, silver, bowls, everything you could need! There was plenty of space to store our food. The refrigerator was very large. This place had it all. Many places we stay only have the bare essentials...This condo had So Much More! Parking and access was easy. I received several text check-ins from the rental company asking if we needed anything. It was the best experience we have had with a rental. We will be back! We highly recommend this unit to tohers.

clean/plenty of room but broken oven/dryer

Place was clean & had plenty of room for 7 adults.Oven and dryer were NOT working during our entire stay. We called host, two different people attempted to fix oven but were unsuccessful so we received a 250 refund. That was kind but only covered a portion of the meals we had to eat out versus cooking at the rental.We planned to do laundry there so we packed 3-4 days of clothing and had to drive into town (15 minutes) to do laundry.I realize things can break but these two appliances were critical to our vacation. I'm quite certain the dryer had been broken previous to our stay. I cleaned out a ton of lint thinking it would help but when I pulled out one of the filters, I realized it was not working (water came out with the filter).

Regarding the dryer, we offered to send someone to inspect it during your stay, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. After your departure, our maintenance team thoroughly inspected and cleaned the dryer, and it is now in good working order.
