Private Executive Suite

Relax and enjoy your own Private Executive Suite, located in a quiet and serene Seymour neighborhood!
This unit is a separate 800sq ft Executive Suite attached to the back/left side of our home here in Seymour. The suite has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and separate bedroom. Outside there is a small privacy fenced-in area for your enjoyment.
We do allow 2 pets with a charge of $50 per stay.
Please note: There are no refunds for early checkouts.

We have stayed her several other times, it is always clean and check in is very easy. Place is comfortable and having the small yard is absolutely great. Great neighborhood for walking.

Seymour IN Suite

Overall was a really good place. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The only thing was when we found no water pressure and no hot water for a few hours. Had this happened while trying to pack and leave it would have been almost impossible. I wish we could have been told sooner. It did delay our day by said hours.

Seymour Comfort

Our stay in Seymour at this location is always comfortable, we feel safe with all the necessities for our needs. Fenced in yard is the best for our dogs and they feel at home right away. We love being able to walk our dogs in this very nice neighborhood. Will stay again! Thanks.

Great Seymour location

This was a very nice private suite with a fantastic yard for our dogs to enjoy and for us to enjoy the outdoors. The suite was great for our short stay and everything worked and was comfortable. The neighborhood is great for taking a walk with or without our furry children. Would love to stay her again.

Excellent stay

The property is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. My husband is sadly allergic to dogs but he had no issues staying here even though it’s a dog-friendly property. The property is in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood. We had a great nights sleep and would stay again next time we are in the area. Thank you to the hosts for creating such a welcoming space!

Great place to stay

Very nice neighborhood. Comfortable house and private yard. Very clean place, not a spec of dust anywhere. Host had gas fireplace going upon our arrival-very nice touch. Bed was SO comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

This is our fourth time staying and I love the extra touches they add. Electric fireplace lit. Christmas decor. It was great. And the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Thank you!!!

The little things!

The day we arrived was drizzly and cool. The hosts had the electric fireplace going and it just warmed my heart that they thought to do that! It was our second time staying here and we will be back. Clean. Quiet. Welcoming.

Weekend Visit With Family

This is our second time staying there and we LOVE it!! ❤️ Its just the perfect amount of space, love the setup, it's just a few blocks from my Dad's house, so when we come in from out of town, its the perfect quiet, safe location. You have everything that you need and the owners, Karen and Valerie are wonderful!

This was one of the best experiences I've had. The place was great and VERY dog friendly, to include a cool little doggie pillow. The owners were so cool and very accomodating. It was a super comfortable, well put together space. I loved this place. Highly recommended.

Private Cozy High-end Suite

I can't say enough about this private top notch cozy little getaway! It's a high end suite, beautifully done with everything you could possibly need for a short or extended stay. Very quiet neighborhood, private little yard space, grill just for you with patio seating, private entrance with key code entry and even laundry. Highly recommend!
