Welcome to the Lakeland Highlands Oasis! A 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home is tucked into a quiet street in South Lakeland, offering the perfect blend of space, location, and peace and quiet. This thoughtfully curated home is designed for comfort—with a spacious backyard,a private pool, and inviting interiors that feel like home.

Primary Bedroom - King-sized bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom Two – Two queen-sized beds, smart TV.

Bedroom Three – Two queen-sized beds, smart TV.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook, dine, and entertain—whether you`re preparing a full dinner or a morning coffee. A Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar is provided for your convenience. The dining area comfortably seats six.

Note: Spa located inside of pool is not a hot tub. Pool temperatures will range 78-85 degrees when heater is in use.

No gatherings, events, or parties . Guests will have access to the entire home, pool, and backyard. Guests will not have access to alarm panel, the garage or storage closet in hallway.

The total number of guests and names must be disclosed at the time of booking. If guest names are not added 2 weeks before arrival your booking will be canceled!!! Any additional guests not disclosed at the time of booking will incur a fee of $100 per guest per night. Violation of any house rules will be asked to be rectified immediately and if not you will be asked to leave the property.

- NO gatherings large or small allowed on property. Only registered guests allowed at the Airbnb. All guests must be included in your reservation with email verification.
- NO smoking. $1000 smoking fee.
- Guests must disclose the total number of guests residing in the Airbnb. Any additional guests will result in a $100 fee per guest per night.
- Quiet hours 9:00pm-7:00am.
- No parking on the grass or blocking neighbors driveways.

Pool Rules:
- No use of the pool after 9pm.

- No glass in pool area

- Do not change settings on pool


Additional fee for all unregistered guest entering the home.

There are exterior cameras, at the front door, pool area, and both sides of the home that is monitored for your safety and property owners safety.

Early check-in $100.
Late check-out $100.
Tamper With Alarm Panel $125.

Guest do not have access to security panel. Please do not attempt to arm or tamper with panel. There will be $125 fee. if the Lakeland Police Department or Fire Department is called due to panel being armed, and unable to turn off.

Please adjust the thermostat in the hallway for the A/C to your liking upon arrival. Please make sure to keep all doors and windows closed in the home at all times it is extremely hot and humid in Florida.

Quiet Hours:

Please be considerate of our neighbors at all times. If there is a noise complaint from neighbors you will be asked to rectify immediately or your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave.

Pets: pre approved service animals ONLY. Please provide documentation.
Provided furniture cover must be used.

Must clean up after pets. Pets can only be left unattended, if they are crated.
