Property was awesome. This is the best VRBO at which we’ve stayed. Coffee, tea, spices, paper towels, toiletries all included. Game room was fantastic, pool was great, and hot tub was awesome. We will look for this property if we are ever in Lakeland again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything you would need was supplied. The kitchen was complete with just about any appliance you would need. Having a heated was wonderful. I would recommend this hpuse for anyone from just a couple to a whole family.

The pool was very clean and it was nicely heated! Once we figure out how to make the hot tub warmer it got up to the temperature we liked!

The house was amazing! Clean, decorated beautifully. Loved the pool! Kitchen was nicely done, just missing a salt shaker lol. Location was terrific for us too. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong! Plan to stay again in the future

The property was everything the photos promised. The location was central to all our favorite golf courses.The neighborhood looks rough but is very quiet.It gets an A from us.

Beautiful home with everything you need!

House was perfect for family with 2 teen age boys. Had everything we needed for our stay to tour local college. Pool and hot tub was perfect after a long day! Will stay again if visiting the area.

Spring training get away

House was very clean and updated. We especially liked the closeness to Tiger spring training games. Pool area was outstanding. Neighborhood was not the best but we had no issues. Nice privacy fence around property. We would stay here again.

Lovely accomodations

The place is very nice and clean! The outdoor space is great! Pool was clean and heated and hot tub is large. Kitchen was well equiped for cooking. They provided some water bottles in the fridge and coffee and tea. Nice touch. We would probably stay again. The neighborhood is not great but once inside the house and fenced pool area we were able to enjoy ourselves and had no issues. .

FSC Family Weekend

Property was ok, but the neighborhood is ran down. Not inviting and the houses around this property looks like they have been abandoned. I would not stay here again because of the neighborhood.

Very good morning, we have reviewed your review and we are sorry that you have that opinion about the neighborhood, we really cannot control this, it is not in our hands, it is something that cannot be controlled even in the most luxurious neighborhood, on our part if we make a extreme cleaning so that the guest house feels comfortable, we also put a water heater in the pool and we do not charge extra, we have exterior cameras to protect our clients and the property, we strive to have the greatest number of amenities so that our clients can feel comfortable. They feel good, we don't think a rating of 2.00 points is fair, but Well, that's your opinion. thank you for your visit.

Omg amazing!!!!! just book!!!!

I can't say enough about the owner and this property. He really has spent time and energy into his property. He has anything and everything you could need. They provide coffee for Keurig and or regular coffee. They even have Tea!!! They provided a slow cooker and so many other kitchen items. I didn't want for anything during this stay. Pool was amazing! Area was great. Lots of resturaunts near by.Can't wait to come back. The owner was very responsive.issty

Amazing.

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean and smelled great! The whole property was very tidy. Had plenty of stuff for kids to do, pre stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, everything to cook and clean with. When we first arrived we were skeptical of the neighborhood, however, no one bothers anyone. The pictures to this property doesn’t do it justice. The whole house has been remodeled and modernized! We would definitely stay here or rent another property by these owners!

Amazing Experience

This was my BEST rental experience ever! My mom (88) and myself (66) came to Florida for a month. Our first impression of the rental was "stunning", and it never wavered! Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, etc. We also felt safe the entire time as well. The location was perfect for daily shopping trips and small adventures, especially seeing the Detroit Tigers. The owner, Amado, was so friendly, kind, and helpful. During our extended stay he gave us fresh towels, fresh sheets, offered to clean the house, and cleaned the pool. It was again, amazing! We hope to go to Florida again next year and really hope we can rent this place again! It met all our needs and surpassed our expectations! Thank you, Amado! It was fantastic!!!
